な舞構造の金属積層形ガスケットを提供する。 【構成】 第一構成板１と該第一構成板１より半分以下
の板厚を備えた第二構成板２とで構成する。第一構成板
１を第二構成板２方向に折り返してシール穴４を構成す
る第一折り返し部３を設ける。第一折り返し部３を取り
囲む第二折り返し部５を、前記第二構成板２を第一構成
板１方向に折り返して設ける。

本考案は金属積層形ガスケットに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
第一、第二の一対の構成板でガスケット母材を構成した金属積層形ガスケット は具体例を挙げるまでもなく公知であるが、シール穴をシールするためシール面 圧を確保するために、各構成板と別材のグロメットを組付けて前記シール穴を構 成せしめ、該グロメットの板厚若しくはグロメット内にリングを装置しているの が一般である。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
前記従来例は、グロメットないしリングを用いるため、軽量化を目的とする２ 枚構造の金属積層形ガスケットにおいては必ずしも最良とはいえず、かつ、別部 材を用いることからその分材料的にも製造工程的にもコスト高とならざるを得な い。
【０００４】 本考案は斯様な従来例の欠点に着目して案出したものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
第一構成板と該第一構成板より半分以下の板厚を備えた第二構成板で構成し、 第一構成板を第二構成板方向に折り返してシール穴を構成する第一折り返し部を 設け、該第一折り返し部を取り囲む第二折り返し部を、前記第二構成板を第一構 成板方向に折り返して設けた構成とするのである。

【実施例】
図面は本考案に係る金属積層形ガスケットの一実施例を示す断面図を示し、１ は第一構成板、２は第二構成板をそれぞれ示し、第二構成板２は第一構成板１よ り半分以下の板厚を備えたものである。
【０００７】 第一構成板１には、該第一構成板１を第二構成板２方向に折り返して第一折り 返し部３を設け、この第一折り返し部３でシール穴４を構成させる一方、第一折 り返し部３を取り囲む第二折り返し部５を、前記第二構成板２を第一構成板１方 向に折り返して設けてガスケットＡとしてある。

【考案の効果】
本考案は前記の通りの構成であるから、第一折り返し部に高面圧を発生させ、 第一折り返し部の折り返し片が第二折り返し部の逃げ板の働きをさせ、この結果 、第二折り返し部は第一折り返し部に対して二次的なシール機能を果たすことが でき、構造簡単で必要最小限の部材で構成して軽量にして安価な製品を提供でき る。

    の板厚を備えた第二構成板で構成し、第一構成板を第二

    し部を設け、該第一折り返し部を取り囲む第二折り返し
    部を、前記第二構成板を第一構成板方向に折り返して設
    けた、金属積層形ガスケット。
