By supporting the frame, and further supporting the horizontal movement frame via rollers on this vertical movement frame, connecting each to the drive source, and making it steerable from the driver's seat, without changing the direction of the vehicle body Move the claw up, down, left and right.

Further, the horizontal moving frame is supported by rollers on the vertical moving frame via rollers, and the driving source also mounted on the vertical moving frame moves the space substantially within the container between the walls.
The left-right moving frame is provided with a pawl for supporting a cargo, that is, the pawl is arbitrarily moved over substantially the entire container cross section by the above action.

Further, since the driver's seat is arranged on one side and the machine parts such as the engine are concentrated on the upper side and the car body has a gate type structure, a space through which the cargo carried on the conveyor can pass is secured in the lower part. By the operation from the driver's seat, the cargo supported by the claw is loaded at an arbitrary position within the cross section of the container.
The forklift passes over the next cargo carried in by the conveyor while moving backward, and after passing completely, the pawl is lowered to support the cargo on the conveyor by the pawl, move forward, and load it at an arbitrary position.

-2 is divided into left and right as shown in FIG. 4, and internally houses a power unit for driving the drive source of the cargo support section, and engine section 1-3 is an engine for driving rear wheels,
It is equipped with a reducer, a generator, etc. similar to a normal forklift. Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the drive unit 1-2 and the engine unit 1-3 are shaped so that a cargo of about 1.0M square mounted on a conveyor can easily pass under the legs thereof. . The rear wheel 2 obtains a driving force from the engine section 1-3, and moves forward and backward and changes direction by being steered from the driver's seat 1-1. The front wheels 3 move following the drive wheels 2 as in a normal forklift. Guide roller 1-

Is supported by a pin 5 and a driving source 6 via an outer frame 4-1. As shown in FIGS. 5 to 9, the outer frame 4-
1 is reinforced by a reinforcing member 4-20, and a vertical moving frame 4
-2 via a roller 4-3, and its drive source 4-
4, a pulley 4-6 for transmitting the driving force of the drive source 4-4 via the chain 4-5, and an eye plate 4-7 for stopping the chain 4-5. Like a normal forklift, the drive source 4-4 is a moving pulley 4-on the tip of the rod.
8 is equipped, and when the rod expands and contracts and the movable pulley 4-8 moves, the vertical movement frame 4-2 is moved up and down via the chain 4-7. The vertical moving frame 4-2 further includes a horizontal moving frame 4-14 having a cargo supporting pawl 4-19 and a horizontal roller 4-15 for carrying a horizontal load and a vertical roller 4-16 for carrying a vertical load. This is one of the features of the present invention. Vertical movement frame 4-2
Is also equipped with a drive source 4-9, a pulley guide 4-10, a double pulley 4-11 and a pulley 4-12. Drive source 4-
Two sets of double slide pulleys 4-13 are equipped at the tip of the rod of No. 9, and are connected to the double slide pulley 4-11 by a wire rope 4-18, and driven by a conventionally known method. Source 4-
It is possible to obtain a movement amount of the wire rope that is four times the stroke of the rod of No. 9. The guide 4-10 guides the movement of the double slide pulley 4-13, and the drive source 4-9.
Conventionally, it has been used as a method that does not generate a bending load on the rod. Wire rope 4-18 is eye plate 4
It is fixed to the left and right moving frame 4-14 by -17 and can be moved left and right by the drive source.

At this time, the cargo passes under the engine unit 1-3 and tries to pass under the vertical moving frame 4-2 that has been lifted to the upper limit. The forklift moves backward until the cargo support pawls 4-19 are sufficiently rearward of the cargo 9A, then lowers the vertical movement frame 4-2 and adjusts the positions of the left and right movement frames 4-14 to support the cargo. Claws 4-19 to cargo 9A
Position it underneath and move forward to pick up cargo 9A. After that, carry it to the appropriate position 9B on the already loaded cargo 9C and load it. The conveyor 8 is gradually retracted as the stacking progresses. In this way, the cargo carried in by the conveyor can be stacked by the cargo supporting claws that move vertically and horizontally after advancing. Cargo loading is performed in the reverse order of the above.
