On the other hand, when viewed from the side, a force acts to rotate the block 6 in the front-rear direction about the core wire 3 as a rotation center, and as a result, the block 6 is rotated.
There is a phenomenon of vibration. Along with the vibration of each block 6, a phase difference is generated at the contact surface between the block 6 and the tension band 1 to generate frictional heat, which becomes remarkable especially when the belt is traveling at high speed. The heat generated by the belt cures or deteriorates the elastomeric material of the shape-retaining layer 2 of the tension band 1 and causes the generation of cracks in the tension band 1.
If it progresses to (1), there is a possibility that the core wire 3 may be cut and the belt may be broken, and there is room for further improvement.

On the upper and lower surfaces of the tension band, the same number of concave grooves as the blocks are formed at equal intervals in the length direction and correspond to the upper and lower sides, while the upper and lower surfaces of the fitting portion of each block are respectively formed. A convex strip that can be fitted in the concave groove of the tension band is formed.By engaging the concave groove of the tension band and the convex strip of each block, the block is locked and fixed to the tension band in the belt longitudinal direction. With respect to the V-belt for high load transmission, a concave portion having an inner peripheral surface with an arcuate cross-section in the vertical direction of the block is formed on one side surface of the center pillar left and right central portions of each block in the belt traveling direction.

On the other hand, the lower half part has a center located above the pitch line so that the lower half part does not come into contact with the concave part when the belt is curved to the minimum radius in the normal direction, and the concave part is formed. Then, as a reaction force, a force that restores the block pitch line length to a normal value acts on each block, and the swing of the block is prevented by this force.

Therefore, the force for extending the core wire does not act, and the flexibility of the belt is maintained. Therefore, without impairing the flexibility of the belt, it is possible to suppress the deflection of the block during traveling of the belt, especially when the belt comes out of the pulley, and reduce frictional heat due to slippage at the meshing portion between the tension band and the block. can do.

12 is formed, and the convex portion 12 can be fitted into the concave portion 11 of the front block 6 in the belt traveling direction. The outer periphery of the convex portion 12 is composed of two upper and lower arc surfaces having different radii of curvature with the pitch line 1 as a boundary, and the upper half portion 12a has the center O 2 on the pitch line 1 and the concave portion 11 has a center O 2 . It is an arc surface having a radius of curvature r 2 (<r 1 ) smaller than that of the arc surface. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 7, the lower half portion 12b has a lower half portion 12b when the belt B bends in the normal direction to the minimum radius R 1.
An arc surface having a center O 3 located above the pitch line l so that b does not contact the recess 11 and having a radius of curvature r 3 (≧ r 1 ) of a radius of curvature r 1 or more of the arc surface of the recess 11. It is said that.

ック6の振動を有効に防ぐことができる。Then, as shown in FIG. 6, when the belt B is bent in the opposite direction and is in the reverse bending state, the radius of curvature r 2 of the upper half portion 12a of the convex portion 12 of each block 6 is equal to that of the concave portion 11. Since it is smaller than the radius r 1 , the contact point C between the convex portion 12 and the concave portion 11 moves to the upper side of the pitch line l, and the length of the block pitch line l of the belt B is extended to the core wire 3 of each tension band 1. The force that lengthens the length acts. Therefore, as a reaction force from the core wire 3, a force that restores the length of the block pitch line 1 to normal is exerted on each block 6 as shown by a broken line in the figure, and this force prevents the block 6 from swinging. It This force becomes larger as the radius of curvature R 2 of reverse bending becomes smaller, and is equal to the force of returning the belt B bent in the opposite direction to the straight state.
Therefore, for example, as shown in FIG. 8, with respect to each block 6 in the vicinity of the exit of the pulley P, the block is formed with the core wire 3 of the tension band 1 as the center of rotation in the front-back direction when viewed from the side with respect to the traveling direction of the belt B. Even if a force that rotates 6 is applied, the vibration of the block 6 can be effectively prevented.

Has a center O 3 located above the pitch line 1 so that the lower half portion 12b does not contact the concave portion 11 when it is curved from the straight state to the normal direction with a radius of curvature up to the minimum radius R 1 and the concave portion Radius of curvature of eleven arc surfaces r 1 or more
Since it is an arcuate surface having r 3 (≧ r 1 ), when the belt B is bent in the normal direction as shown in FIG. 7, even if the belt B is bent to the minimum radius R 1 , the convex portion 12 is formed. It does not contact the recess 11. Therefore, the force for extending the core wire 3 does not act and the flexibility of the belt B is maintained.

It is possible to reduce the frictional heat due to and to increase the durable life of the belt B, especially when traveling at high speed.

る。(Effect of the Invention) As described above, according to the invention according to claim (1), the endless tension band and the fitting portion for fitting the tension band are provided, and the groove surface of the pulley is provided on the left and right side surfaces. A plurality of blocks each having a sliding contact portion that slidably contacts with each other, and the same number of concave grooves as the blocks are formed on the upper and lower surfaces of the tension band at equal intervals in the longitudinal direction and corresponding to the upper and lower sides. On the other hand, on the upper and lower surfaces of the fitting part of each block, there are formed ridges that can be fitted into the grooves of the tension band, and the blocks are formed by engaging the grooves of the tension band with the ridges of each block. When a V-belt for high load transmission, which is locked and fixed to the tension band in the longitudinal direction of the belt, is formed with concavo-convex portions on the front and rear surfaces of each block, and when the belt is reversely bent due to the shape of the concavo-convex portions. The block center line with a force to restore the block pitch line to normal. By receiving it as a reaction force from the belt, it is possible to suppress the runout of the block especially when the belt comes out of the pulley without impairing the flexibility of the belt, and to prevent the friction heat due to the slippage at the meshing part between the tension band and the block. It is possible to significantly reduce the life of the belt, especially during high-speed running.

荷伝動用Vベルト。1. An endless tension band, and a large number of blocks each having a fitting portion for fitting the tension band and sliding contact portions on the left and right side surfaces for slidingly contacting a groove surface of a pulley, The same number of grooves as the blocks are formed on the upper and lower surfaces of the tension band at equal intervals in the lengthwise direction, and correspond to the upper and lower sides of the tension band. There is a convex strip that can be fitted in the concave groove, and the block is locked and fixed in the belt longitudinal direction by the engagement of the concave groove of the tension band and the convex strip of each block. A V-belt for use in a vehicle, wherein a concave portion having an inner peripheral surface with an arcuate cross section in the vertical direction of the block is formed on one side surface of the center pillar left and right center portion of each block in the belt traveling direction, and the other side surface. Has an outer peripheral surface with an arcuate cross section in the vertical direction of the block. And a convex portion that can be fitted into the concave portion of the adjacent block is formed, and the inner circumference of the concave portion has a convex portion that has a center on the pitch line of the belt and that fits into the concave portion. An arc surface having a larger radius of curvature than an arc surface having a gap position between the adjacent block and a block where the convex portion fits in the concave portion of the adjacent block as a center position, and the outer periphery of the convex portion with the pitch line as a boundary. The upper half is an arcuate surface having a center on the pitch line and a radius of curvature smaller than that of the recessed arcuate surface, while the lower half part is formed. Has a center located above the pitch line so that the lower half does not contact the recess when the belt is bent to the minimum radius in the normal direction, and has a radius of curvature not less than the radius of curvature of the arc surface of the recess. It is an arc surface High-load drive V-belt, characterized in that.
