Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】 本考案の目的は、単純な構造で取付部形状が
異なる鋸刃を２種類以上保持できる鋸刃保持具を提供す
ることである。 【構成】 鋸刃保持具１は、標準鋸刃４を保持すること
ができる保持具本体２に、該保持具本体２とは異なる薄
鋸刃５を保持できる幅狭であると共に厚みの薄い凹部１
１を有するプレート３を着脱自在に設けた。

【考案の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】
本考案は例えばレシプロソーのように鋸刃を取付けて切断する切断機のブレー ドホルダのように、鋸刃を切断機本体に保持するための切断機の鋸刃保持具に関 するものである。

【従来の技術】
図３〜図５を用いて従来技術について説明する。従来の鋸刃保持具は、鋸刃４ の取付部が嵌合可能な凹部１０を有する鋸刃保持具１が、レシプロソー８のプラ ンジャ９にボルト６によって取付けられており、図４に示すように、前記鋸刃保 持具１と前記プランジャ９との間に標準鋸刃４を挾み込み、ボルト６を締め付け て鋸刃４を保持していた。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
従来の鋸刃保持具１では、取付部形状が異なる複数の鋸刃４を１つの鋸刃保持 具１で保持することができなかった。そのため、取付部形状の異なる鋸刃４を保 持するためには、決して安価ではない別の鋸刃保持具を用意し、プランジャ９に 取付けられた鋸刃保持具１を別のものと交換しなければならないという問題があ った。 本考案の目的は、上記問題点を解決し、単純な構造で取付部形状が異なる鋸刃 を２種類以上保持できる鋸刃保持具を提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的は、標準鋸刃を保持する保持具本体に、該保持具本体とは異なる鋸刃 の取付部と嵌合する凹部を有するプレートを着脱自在に取付けられるようにする ことにより達成される。

【作用】 上記のように構成された鋸刃保持具は、使用する鋸刃に対応するプレートを着 脱するだけで取付部形状の異なる鋸刃を２種類保持することができる。

【実施例】
図１、図２に本考案レシプロソーの鋸刃保持具の一実施例を示す。 本考案鋸刃保持具１は、保持具本体２とプレート３で構成される。保持具本体 ２は、従来の鋸刃保持具と同様のものであり、標準の鋸刃４を保持することがで きるように、標準鋸刃４の取付部と嵌合する幅を有する凹部１０が設けてある。 プレート３は前記保持具本体２に着脱自在に取付可能な形状であると共に、前記 標準鋸刃４とは異なる取付部形状、すなわち標準鋸刃４よりも取付部が幅狭であ ると共に厚みの薄い薄鋸刃５が嵌合する。またプレート３にはボルト６を貫通す る貫通穴７が設けてある。
【０００７】 次に薄鋸刃５と標準鋸刃４のように取付部形状の異なる２種類の鋸刃をレシプ ロソー８に取付ける場合について説明する。 薄鋸刃５を取付ける場合は、プランジャ９と前記保持具本体２との間に、前記 プレート３と薄鋸刃５を挾み込み、ボルト６を締め付けることによって薄鋸刃５ を保持する。この時前記プレート３は保持具本体２との薄鋸刃５の両方に対して ぴったり嵌合している。
【０００８】 次に、標準鋸刃４を取付ける場合は、前記プレート３を取り外せば、従来と全 く同じ方法で標準鋸刃４を取付けることができる。

【考案の効果】
本考案によれば、保持具本体に該保持具本体とは異なる鋸刃保持形状を有する プレートを着脱自在に取付けられるようにしたので、鋸刃の数分鋸刃保持具を用 意することなく、単純な構造で取付部形状が異なる鋸刃を２種類以上保持できる ようになる。

  1. 【請求項１】 モータの動力により往復動するプランジ
    ャと、該プランジャに取付けられた鋸刃の取付部が嵌合
    する凹部を有する鋸刃保持具とを有し、該鋸刃保持具と
    プランジャにより鋸刃を挟み込んで取付け、鋸刃を往復
    動させて被切断材の切断を行う切断機において、 前記鋸刃保持具の鋸刃取付面に、前記凹部の幅よりも幅
    狭の凹部を有するプレートを着脱可能に設けることを特
    徴とする切断機の鋸刃保持具。
