【目的】本案の塩化物溶液張付け道路は、塩化物特有の
凍結遅延効果を利用し、塩化物で舗装の表面に張付く雪
氷を一時的に予防しようとして考案した。本案の場合
は、塩化物を溶液でコーティングし舗装表面に張付ける
ため、融雪剤の散布のように塩害を及ぼすことはない.
ただ、凍結遅延舗装のように一度舗設するだけでなく、
乾燥路面にあって何日か繰返す必要がある.本案は、冬
期の雪氷張付きにおける凍結遅延効果をはたすことを第
一の目的とするが、一種のフォグシールあり、従来の舗
装の表面を若返らせる作用も同時になす.
