Description
【0001】[0001]
The present invention relates to a member that serves as an outer member while pressing the outer peripheral edge of the panel to fix the panel to the frame structure when the panel is mounted on the frame structure having a circle or a rectangle.
【0002】[0002]
When a shoji panel is attached to a frame structure formed by vertical and horizontal frames like a sash, or as a curtain wall, it is a frame structure composed of pillars or beams, or uprights or blinds (frame members). When a curtain wall panel is mounted on, many members such as rims, frames, and beads are used.
Conventionally, most of the rims and frames are extruded materials made of aluminum alloy, and they do not have a function of buffering or waterproofing. A separate bead made of an elastic material, a tight material, or a waterproof fin is required for waterproofing between other members. For this reason, the number of parts is large, and it takes time to assemble, and parts management is not easy. In curtain walls, joints between frame structures or panels are often filled with a gel-like sealant to waterproof it, but it is difficult to construct in rainy weather because it is an on-site work. Yes, and it is difficult to complete the construction. Furthermore, after the construction, there is a risk of dust and dirt adhering to the surface of the sealing material, making it easily soiled, and water leakage due to deterioration.
Some of the members for pressing the outer peripheral edge of the panel serve as the outer member of the frame structure, but the front found surface of such outer member has a surface with a poor color because it is colored by alumite processing. . Various colors can be obtained by coating or laminating a synthetic resin film, but this is a separate process from the forming and mounting of the beads and waterproof fins, which increases the cost of the product. Become. In addition, Japanese Patent Publication No. 59-5736 discloses a structure in which a gasket having a tight seal is mounted on a vertical indoor side surface. The gasket presses the outer peripheral edge of the panel against a frame member to make the panel. It is not mounted on the outer member for fixing, and the mounting location is not the front facing surface. Moreover, it is the one that is separate from the cube and is fitted in after forming.
Further, Japanese Patent Publication No. 54-38414 discloses a partition plate sealing member provided with a sealing strip formed of an elastic material on the surface of a rigid supporting member. The sealing material is equivalent to a bead, in which the member itself is packed between the panel and the frame member, and it is not possible to press the panel from the outdoor side to the frame member only by this member. That is, the problem of the waterproof fin and the bead instead of the outer member does not occur.

This invention is a member that presses the outer peripheral edge of the panel to fix it to the frame structure and forms the outside of the frame structure. It has a small number of parts, is easy to install on site, and prepares a colorful one. An object is to provide an outer member that can be used.
【0007】[0007]
The present invention relates to a member (outer member) that presses a panel mounted on a frame structure from the outside of its peripheral edge to fix the panel on the frame structure. The outer member is composed of a rigid core material and an elastic synthetic resin layer. The rigid core member has a front portion that is parallel to the surface of the panel in a cross section and a prospective direction portion that is an indoor / outdoor direction with respect to the panel, and the prospective direction portion has a joint portion with the frame structure. Prepare The synthetic resin layer having elasticity is fixed to the rigid core material by integral molding.
The synthetic resin layer covers an outer surface serving as a front surface locating surface of the rigid core material, and a portion corresponding to a bead or a bead mounting portion for pressing the panel to the inner surface on the inner peripheral side of the front portion. However, waterproof fins that spread to the outer edge are integrally formed on the outer peripheral side of the front part. Ventilation holes may be formed in the prospective direction of the rigid core material and the synthetic resin layer closer to the outdoors than the waterproof fin.
【0009】[0009]
The rigid core maintains the form of the outer member and allows the panel to be pressed. Also, it can be attached to the frame structure. The synthetic resin layer adds the functions of beads and waterproof fins to the outer member, covers the front facing surface of the rigid core material to protect it from corrosion, etc., and makes the outer member colorful. The structure in which the synthetic resin layer is integrally formed on the rigid core material makes it possible to form the integrally molded long extrusion molding material into the outer member only by cutting.
【0010】[0010]
1 and 2 show a first embodiment, showing a mounting structure of a panel 1 (double glass) in a fixed structure portion of a curtain wall, and a panel 2 is placed in front, rear, left and right with a vertical 2 and a blind 3 interposed. 1 is installed. The cuboid 2 and the blind 3 are assembled in a rectangle, and the cuboid 2 on the left and right and the blind 3 on the upper and lower sides form a frame structure. Reference numeral 4 denotes an outer member, which in this embodiment has the same cross section in the vertical direction (FIG. 1) and the horizontal direction (FIG. 2), and is formed of a rigid core material 5 and a synthetic resin layer 6 having elasticity.
The rigid core member 5 has a front portion 7 which is parallel to the surface of the panel 1 in a cross section, and a prospective direction portion 8 which is an indoor / outdoor direction with respect to the panel 1 described above. A connecting portion 9 with the upright 2 (frame structure) is formed (FIG. 3). The synthetic resin layer 6 is formed by extruding and molding silicon rubber into the rigid core material 5 and integrally fixing it to the rigid core material 5. The synthetic resin layer 6 covers the outer surface of the rigid core material 5, which is the front face-finding surface, and the inner surface on the inner peripheral side of the front portion. A bead-corresponding portion 10 for pressing the outer peripheral edge of the panel 1 is integrally formed with a waterproof fin 11 extending to the outer edge on the outer peripheral side of the front portion.
The vertical 2 has an inner wall 12 projecting to the outdoor side integrally formed along the longitudinal direction of the vertical at the center in the left-right direction, and decorative frames 13 are attached to both sides of the intermediate wall 12. ing. Reference numeral 14 is a tight material, and reference numeral 15 is a sealing material. A mounting member 17 having a coupling receiving portion 16 is attached to the outdoor side end of the inner wall 12. In the seamless 3, the coupling receiving portion 18 is formed on the outdoor side and is integrally formed in the longitudinal direction of the seamless, projecting to the outdoor side at the center in the vertical direction. Reference numeral 19 is a tit member arranged on both sides thereof.
The panel 1 is attached to the opening of the frame structure formed by the upright 2 and the eyeless 3 as follows. The decorative frame 13 of the cube 2 is removed. From the indoor side, the outer member 4 is mounted by engaging the joint portion 9 of the prospective direction portion 8 with the joint receiving portions 16 and 18 of the upright 2 and the blind portion 3. The panel 1 is attached to the opening of the frame structure from the indoor side. In the panel 1, the lower surface of the outer peripheral surface is supported by the seamless material 3, the outer peripheral edges of the four peripheral surfaces are supported by the bead corresponding portion 10 of the front portion 7 of the outer member 4, and the inner peripheral edges of the upper side and the lower side are invisible tight material. Held at 19. The upright 2 decorative frame 13 is attached from the indoor side, and the left and right inner peripheral edges of the panel 1 are supported by the upright 2 tight material 14.
In this way, the panels 1 are sequentially assembled to the frame structure, and joints between the frame structures appearing in the portions of the uprights 2 and the unsewn portions 3 are extended from the outer members 4 on both sides adjacent to each other. The waterproof fins 11 present are overlapped and shielded. In the above structure, the outer member 4 eventually presses the outer peripheral edge of the panel 1 toward the tight members 14 and 19 of the frame structure to fix the panel 1 to the frame structure, and forms the outer portion of the frame structure. It is a member that does.
In the mounting procedure, the outer member 4 can be mounted from the outside after the panel 1 is applied to the tight members 14 and 19 of the frame structure. In this case, the front portion 7 of the outer member 4 is made parallel to the outer surface of the panel 1, and the prospective direction portion 8 is inserted between the outer peripheral surface of the panel 1 and the coupling receiving portions 16 and 18 of the upright 2 and the eyeless 3. The joint portion 9 of the prospective direction portion 8 can be attached by engaging with the corresponding joint receiving portions 16 and 18.
In any case, the mounting of the outer member 4 is easy, and since the bead-corresponding portion 10 and the waterproof fin 11 are integrally formed, other work is required at the same time as mounting the outer member 4. The panel 1 is fixed without doing so. At the same time, a joint waterproof structure is achieved. The bead-corresponding part 10 and the waterproof fins 11 are produced homogeneously in the factory, and are of higher quality and less deteriorated than the joints filled with beads and sealing material by on-site construction. In addition, since the joints do not use a wet sealing material, there is little dirt due to dust. Further, the front face of the outer member 4 is covered with a synthetic resin layer, which has high heat insulation and weather resistance, and the synthetic resin layer is colored so that the outer member 4 can be formed colorfully as needed.
In FIG. 2, the outer member 4 that presses the outer peripheral edge of the lower side of the panel 1 has a ventilation hole 20 in the prospective direction portion 8 of the rigid core material 5 and the synthetic resin layer 6 that is closer to the outdoors than the waterproof fin 11. Has been drilled. The ventilation holes 20 make the atmospheric pressure in the space formed by the outer peripheral surface of the panel 1 and the cubic 2 and the blind 3 equal to the external atmospheric pressure, and prevent rainwater and the like from penetrating into the indoor side due to the pressure difference.
FIG. 4 shows a second embodiment. In the curtain wall in which the panel 1 is attached to the frame structure formed by the upright 2 and the eyeless 3 and fixed by the outer member 4, the fixed structure portion F and the openable / closable window portion W are formed. Since the structure of the fixed structure portion F is substantially the same as that of the first embodiment, detailed description thereof will be omitted. However, the bead corresponding portion 10 of the outer member 4 is divided into two parts, the bead 21 and the bead mounting portion. It is configured to 10 '. The bead 21 is made of the same material as the synthetic resin layer 6, and is used as an auxiliary when the distance between the front surface of the outer member 4 and the outer surface of the panel 1 is large.
In the window W, a shoji 22 is attached to the opening of the frame structure so as to be opened and closed by a hinge 23. Reference numeral 24 is a sealing material provided on the frame structure side, reference numeral 25 is a tight material, and the shoji 22 is an extrusion window. The shoji 22 is composed of a frame structure formed of upper, lower, left and right frames 26 and a panel 1 (double glass) attached to its opening. The frame 26 has a coupling receiving portion 27 formed on the outer peripheral surface on the outdoor side.
The panel 1 is held and held against the outdoor side portion of the frame structure via a tight material 28 or the like, and then the outer peripheral edge thereof is pressed against the frame structure side by the outer member 4 and fixed. The outer member 4 has substantially the same structure as that of the first embodiment, and includes a front portion 7 that is parallel to the surface of the panel 1 and a prospective portion 8 that is an indoor / outdoor direction with respect to the panel 1 in a cross section. The rigid core material 5 and the synthetic resin layer 6 having elasticity are fixed by integral molding. The rigid core member 5 has a prospective direction portion 8 formed with a joint portion 9 with the frame structure. The joint portion 9 is engaged with the joint receiving portion 27 of the frame 26.
The synthetic resin layer 6 covers the outer surface of the rigid core material 5 that serves as the front face-finding surface, the bead-corresponding portion 10 for pressing the panel to the inner surface on the inner peripheral side of the front surface portion, and the front portion. A waterproof fin 11 is integrally formed on the outer peripheral side and extends to the outer edge. Similar to the case of the first embodiment, since the panel 1 is fixed to the frame structure composed of the frame 26 at the same time when the outer member 4 is mounted, other work such as bead mounting work is not necessary. The outer member 4 forms the outer portion of the shoji 22 and the waterproof fins 11 overlap with the waterproof fins 11 extending vertically and horizontally in the frame structure of the fix structure portion F to form the shoji 22 and the frame structure. The gap between them is blocked. In addition, by coloring the synthetic resin layer on the front finding surface of the outer member 4, it is possible to easily configure the front finding surface of the shoji 22 to be colorful.
FIG. 5 shows a third embodiment, which is characterized in that a joint cover 28 is attached to the outer surface of the outer member 4. In this embodiment, in order to engage and fix the joint cover 28, the left and right outer members 4, 4 ′ have different configurations, and in the left outer member 4, the rigid core member 5 is provided with the engaging portion 29, and the right outer member member 4 is provided. The rigid core material 4 includes a receiving portion 30. Then, the portion serving as the front finding surface is covered with the synthetic resin layer 6 including the engaging portion 29 and the receiving portion 30. Other basic configurations, such as the bead equivalent portion 10 and the waterproof fin 11, are the same as those in the first embodiment.
The joint cover 28 is an extruded material having a triangular cross section and is attached across the left and right outer members 4 and 4 ′. The left outer member 4 is engaged with the engagement legs 31. It is attached to 29 and is directly fixed to the outer member 4 ′ on the right side with a screw 32. The outer members 4 and 4'shown as the third embodiment are examples provided with mounting portions for other members (such as the cover 28), and the other members are connected to the rigid core member 5 via the synthetic resin layer 6. Therefore, it has high heat insulation. Further, the watertightness is high without using any other member such as a sealing material, and the watertightness of the joint portion is further improved. Further, since the rigid core material does not directly contact with other members such as the cover 28, so-called electrolytic corrosion does not occur even with different metals.

The cross-sectional shape of the outer member 4 including the rigid core material 5, the bead-corresponding portion 10 and the waterproof fin 11 may be a shape other than that shown. The outer member 4 may be attached to the frame structure after the upper, lower, left, and right outer members 4 are assembled in a frame shape in advance. The shoji screen 22 shown in the second embodiment may be opened and closed in other manners such as a sliding window. Furthermore, the present invention can be applied to general outer members for fixing a panel by pressing the outer peripheral edge.

Since the bead and the waterproof fin are integrally formed on the outer member, the panel mounting work is easy and the number of members is small. In addition, construction can be performed without being affected by the weather, and a high quality finish can be obtained. There is also a synthetic resin layer on the front side of the outer member, which makes the outer member highly weather resistant, and it is easy to make the outside of the sash or curtain wall colorful. It is possible to form an outer member for fixing the panel simply by cutting a long material in which a synthetic resin layer is integrally molded with the rigid core material. When the bead mounting portion is formed, both the bead and the bead mounting portion have elasticity, so that the bead can be easily inserted.
