善が望まれていた。(Conventional technology and problems) Since the air outlet frame related to conventional air conditioners is made of metal, dew condensation is likely to occur on the surface where cold air comes out. To prevent this, use a foamed styrene resin or polyurethane resin on the metal surface by bead molding. It is stacked. However, these foams do not have a sufficient effect of preventing dew condensation, and the dewed water penetrates between the foam beads, and in the case of polyurethane foam, the water that penetrates along open cells causes stains on the walls and floors, and heat insulation. There was a drawback that the effect diminished. In order to prevent these adverse phenomena, it may be possible to further cover the surface with a sheet or apply a joint sealant, but avoid the disadvantage that the process becomes complicated and the cost becomes high. However, improvement was desired.

た。以下に、本考案を図面を参考にして詳細説明する。(Means for Solving Problems and Effects) As a result of various studies, the present inventor has determined that the material of the frame of the air outlet of the air conditioner is not metal but synthetic resin, particularly styrene resin extruded foam. In addition, the air blowing surface and the surface adjacent to the wall and floor are made of relatively high foam to prevent dew condensation, and other parts are made of low foaming impact-resistant high-impact styrene resin to form a frame material. As a result, by increasing the strength, and by simultaneously molding both high-foam and low-foam extruded foams, industrially the atypical heat insulation frame material for the prevention of dew condensation in air-conditioning equipment that solved the defects of conventional products all at once The present invention has been completed which can be advantageously manufactured. Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

The air blowing surface of the air conditioner and the surface adjacent to the wall are made of extruded styrenic resin with relatively high foam, for example 10 to 15 times foam (1), and other parts are impact resistant. It is formed of a relatively low-foamed high-impact styrene resin, such as 1.5 to 2 times the foamed body (2). High foam (1) has a large heat insulating effect and is effective in preventing dew condensation (heat conductivity (unit Kcal / m · h · ° C) polystyrene 11 times foam: 0.024, light alloy: 100-175], low foam (2) is effective in increasing the strength of the frame material. Low foam (2)
A part of this may be formed on the air blowing surface or the bottom of the frame member. This is because the strength of the frame material is further increased, and the low-foam material has a smooth surface so that the appearance can be kept beautiful.

Further, it is desirable to form a thin skin layer on the surface of the high foam (1). This has the advantage of improving waterproofness.
