が行えるが、自動ラインの場合は困難である。

止時、ハンマーを取付けたアームが自重で折れ曲るよう
に構成したことを特徴とするものである。

の流動層炉20に本考案の砂落し装置1を取付けた部であ
る。砂落し装置1の構造は第2図に示すように、モータ
2のシャフトに直結して回転軸3が取付けられ、回転軸
3の端部にはアーム4を挿入する穴5と、アーム4を固
定するネジ6を有するブロック9が取付けられている。
アーム4は穴5に挿入されてアーム4の長さを調整した
後、ねじ6で固定される。アーム4は回転軸3に固定さ
れた基部4aとハンマー7を取付けた先端部4bに分割さ
れ、ピン8で連結されている。第3図は砂落し装置1の
作動を示す図で、モータ2が回転するとハンマー7は回
転軸3を中心に回転し、ハンマー7が製品バスケット24
に当らない時はアーム4は一直線に伸びた状態で回転す
るが、砂落し作業の場合、製品バスケット24はハンマー
7の回転半径内に置かれるため、ハンマー7は製品バス
ケット24の側面を叩き、製品26に附着した砂27はその衝
撃で落下する。この際、ハンマー7は衝撃によってピン
8を中心に反発し、アーム4の基部4aと先端部4bはくの
字形に折れ曲るが、再び遠心力でアーム4は一直線とな
り製品バスケット24の打撃を繰返えす。
