Claims (1)
開口枠の一側に下方に回動自在に蓋板を設け、この蓋板
の裏面側に上段はしご部材を設け、この上段はしご部材
に下段はしご部材をスライド自在に設けた天井はしご装
置において、 前記上段はしご部材の側板の上端と前記開口枠をそれぞ
れブラケットの両端に回動自在に連結し、前記上段およ
び下段はしご部材の各側板の外面にそれぞれ部材長手方
向にスライド溝を形成し、これらスライド溝にまたがっ
て係合された一対の係合具のうち一方の係合具を前記上
段はしご部材の下端に固定し、他方の係合具を前記下段
はしご部材の上端にかつ前記一方の係合具よりも上方に
固定し、前記上段はしご部材の側板の上端近傍の裏側に
ぜんまい式バランサを設けるとともに、前記ブラケット
と前記上段はしご部材を連結した軸廻りにローラを設
け、前記ぜんまい式バランサに繋着されたワイヤの延出
端部を、前記ローラに掛けて前記スライド溝に収納し、
かつ前記他方の係合具に固定したことを特徴とする天井
はしご装置。1.
