A large number of feed pins 9 are projectingly provided at the same pitch as the pitch of the paper holes 8 of the paper 7. On one frame 1,
A lid 11 is attached so as to be openable and closable so as to prevent the paper 7 from floating during paper feeding. Drive shafts 12 each having an axial shape are inserted into the drive sprocket 3, and the drive sprockets 3 are rotated by the drive shafts 12, whereby the endless feed belt 4 is circulated. Therefore, when the feed belt 4 circulates while the feed pin 9 of the feed belt 4 is inserted into the paper hole 8 of the paper 7, the paper 7 is fed. In addition, in FIG.
Indicates a support shaft for fixing the paper feeding device itself.

When the paper 7 is fed in the direction indicated by the arrow 14 by the rotation of the drive sprocket 3 and the feed pin 9 shifts from the straight running portion (a) to the curved running portion (b), the feed pin 9 moves. In order to start tilting in the paper feed direction, as shown in FIGS. 10 (a) to 10 (c), the feed pin 9 comes into contact with the peripheral portion of the paper hole 8 and the feed pin 9 and the paper hole of the paper 7 8
That is, when the feed belt 4 shifts from the linear running portion (a) shown in FIGS. 11 and 12 to the curved running portion (b), the feed pin 9 of the feeding belt 4 moves 7, the feed pin 9 begins to tilt in the paper feeding direction 14 and the tilt angle gradually increases, so that the feed pin 9 smoothly comes out of the paper hole 8. However, the phenomenon that the paper hole 8 is deformed occurs.

It is an enlarged view of a state further entering the portion (b), and the above phenomenon will be described in more detail with reference to each drawing. In each drawing, (c) is a linear running portion (a) of the feed belt 4.

The contact portion with (8a ') is shown, and the portion of the paper hole 8 facing the contact portion (8a') is shown with (8b ')],
When the feed belt 4 travels slightly from this state, the straight portion 9a of the feed pin 9 tries to come out of the paper hole 8, but since that portion is straight,
Interference occurs between the feed pin 9 and the contact portion (8a ') of the paper hole 8, whereby the paper hole 8 is crushed and deformed into an elliptical shape. The maximum amount of interference between the two occurs at the boundary portion 9c between the straight portion 9a of the feed pin 9 and the half spindle portion 9b. Therefore, the higher the height (H) of the straight portion 9a of the feed pin 9, the greater the amount of interference between the feed pin 9 and the paper hole 8 and the greater the degree of deformation of the paper hole 8.

In order to prevent the floating of the paper traveling on the paper, a lid that is openably and closably mounted on the frame is provided, and the outer peripheral surface of the feed belt has a pitch of paper holes provided at both end edges of the paper. The feed pins are provided so as to project at the same pitch, and the feed pins are composed of a straight portion and a semi-spindle portion, and the feed pins are inserted into the paper holes of the paper,
In the paper feeding device configured to feed the paper by circulating the feeding belt, the height of the paper feeding surface of the frame at the transition point where the feeding belt transitions from the linear traveling portion to the curved traveling portion is It is higher than the height of the straight part of the feed pin located at the point,
The inclination is started in the linear running portion of the feed belt, and the paper feed surface on the paper discharge side of the frame is tilted so as to be higher along the paper feed direction.

Therefore, there is no interference between the straight part of the feed pin and the paper hole of the paper. As a result, when the feed pin comes out of the paper hole of the paper, interference with the paper hole does not occur.

FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view of the drive sprocket 3 in a state where the paper 7 is being fed by the paper feeding device of the present invention, and FIGS. 4 and 5 are all the paper feeding surfaces of the discharge sides of the frames 1 and 2. 6 is a view for explaining that interference between the feed pin 9 and the paper hole 8 of the paper 7 can be avoided by tilting the feed pin 9, and FIG. 6 is a view showing the feed pin in the curved running portion (b) of the feed belt 4. 9 is a view showing a state in which a half-spindle portion 9b of 9 is pulled out from the paper hole 8 of the paper 7. FIG. 7 to 12 are views for explaining a conventional technique, and FIG. 7 is a perspective view of a conventional paper feeding device, and FIG.
The figure shows an enlarged front view of the part of the feed pin 9 of the feed belt 4,
FIG. 9 is a sectional view of a portion of the drive sprocket 3 in a state where the paper 7 is being fed by the conventional paper feeding device,
10 (a) to 10 (c) show that the feed pin 9 and the paper hole 8 of the paper 7 are formed when the feed pin 9 moves from the straight running portion (a) to the curved running portion (b). 11 and 12 are diagrams for explaining that interference occurs between them, and FIGS. 11 and 12 are diagrams for explaining that the feed pin 9 and the paper hole 8 of the paper 7 interfere with each other. ことを特徴とする紙送り装置。1. A frame having an upper surface serving as a paper feeding surface,
The frame includes an endless feed belt that is rotatably mounted on the frame, and a lid body that is openably and closably mounted on the frame in order to prevent the paper traveling on the paper feeding surface of the frame from floating. On the outer peripheral surface of the feed belt, a feed pin composed of a straight portion and a semi-spindle portion is projectingly provided at the same pitch as the pitch of the paper holes provided at both edges of the paper, and the feed pin is attached to the paper. In a paper feeding device configured to feed a paper by inserting the paper into a paper hole and circulatingly running the feed belt, the paper feeding of the frame at a transition point where the feed belt transitions from a straight running portion to a curved running portion. The height of the surface is
The height is higher than the height of the straight portion of the feed pin located at the transition point, the inclination is started in the linear running portion of the feed belt, and the paper feed surface on the paper discharge side of the frame is fed. A paper feeding device characterized by being inclined so as to rise along a direction.
