方向下手側に位置する掻き取り羽根及び攪拌羽根の下部
と回転軸との間にて夫々回転可能に支持され、かつ回転
軸側の端部に前記円筒部材の突部に噛合う歯部が設けら
れた回転部材とからなることを特徴とする冷菓製造装
置。
