る。[Background Art] Conventionally, in the case of flat roof tiles for roofing, as shown in Fig. 6, the upper roof tile 1 is overlaid on top of the lower roof tiles 1 and 1 in the horizontal and lateral abutting positions with a large margin. , The roof tiles 1 and 1 below are to be laid so as not to expose much of the abutting part,
In the case of a roof tile such as a Japanese tile, as shown in FIG. 7, the roof tiles 1 and 1 are piled at the upper edge portion and the side edge portion, and the roof tiles are entirely constructed in any such roofing configuration. There was a problem that there was a large amount of overlapping, the number of roofs per unit area increased, the weight increased, and the weight burden on the house also increased. In order to eliminate such a problem, as shown in FIG. 8, the ridge-side end of the roof tile abutted from the ridge-side end of the joint body 2 laid on the back surface of the abutment location of the tiles abutted in the lateral direction. It is also possible to use the roof tile joint A in which the standing piece 3 with which the portion is abutted is erected, but in such a roof tile joint A, the plate-shaped joint body 2 is abutted on the roof tile in a face-to-face state. Since the roof tiles are in contact with each other in such an interview state, there is a problem that the rainwater that has entered from the abutting point is inwardly transmitted by a capillary phenomenon and the rainwater easily enters.

Roof tiles that are erected on the backside of the butt side of the joint body 2, and the roof tiles 1 and 1 that are abutted from the ridge side ends of the joint body 2 are abutted against the ridge side ends.
A plurality of projecting ridges 5 project from the ridge-side end toward the eaves-side end on the joint body part 4 facing the back surface of each of the roof tiles 1,1 of 1,1. It is characterized in that the height of the ridge 5 on the side closer to the abutting edge of the roof tiles 1, 1 is made higher than that of the ridge 5 on the far side. Has been achieved. That is,
By providing the protrusions 5 on the joint main body portion 4 facing the roof tile 1, it is possible to prevent the roof tile 1 and the joint main body portion 4 from contacting each other, and the rainwater is transmitted inside due to the capillary phenomenon associated with the contact. The height of the plurality of ridges 5 formed from the ridge-side edge toward the eaves-side edge in the joint body portion 4 facing the roof tile 1 can be such that the roof tiles 1 and 1 are butted against each other. Since the side closer to the edge is higher and the side closer to the edge is higher, the ridge 5 on the side closer to the abutting edge abuts against the lower surface of the roof tile 1 to prevent a large amount of rainwater from entering the abutting location. However, the small amount of rainwater that overflows beyond the contact point between the high ridge 5 and the roof tile 1 is further inward by the low ridge 5 that is not in contact with the back surface of the roof tile 1 (direction away from the abutting edge). ) Can be suppressed and the high The low ridge 5 does not come into contact with the back surface of the roof tile 1 and rainwater can be prevented from invading inward even when the ridge 5 is transmitted. This is to prevent rainwater from entering due to improvement.

The ridge-side pieces of the roof tiles 1 and 1 abutted from the ridge-side ends of the roof tiles 1 are abutted against each other to form a standing piece 3. Then, in the joint body portions 4, 4 facing the back surface of each roof tile 1 of the roof tiles 1, 1 to be butted, four projecting ridges 5 are arranged substantially parallel from the ridge side end portion to the eaves side end portion, respectively. It is projected. Of these ribs 5, the height of the two ribs 5 on the side closer to the abutting edge L of the roof tiles 1, 1 is made higher than the height of the two ribs 5 on the far side.

のである。As shown in FIG. 3, the roof tile joint A configured as described above is
It is used at a position where the roof tiles 1 and 1 are butted together, and in such a case, the ridge 5 of the joint body portion 4 facing the roof tile 1 abuts on the back surface of the roof tiles 1 and 1 and the roof tile 1 and the joint body portion 4 To prevent rainwater from intruding into the interior due to the capillary phenomenon associated with the interview, and formed from the ridge-side edge to the eave-side edge in the joint body portion 4 facing the roof tile 1 The height of the plurality of protruding ribs 5 is higher on the side closer to the abutting edge of the roof tiles 1 and 1, and lower on the far side. A small amount of rainwater that abuts on the lower surface and suppresses the intrusion of a large amount of rainwater from the abutting portion, and overflows beyond the abutting portion of the high ridge 5 and the tile 1 abuts on the back surface of the tile 1. By the low ridge 5 which does not extend further inward (away from the abutting edge) Suppressed to enter and ridges 5 low height without abutting the rear surface of the tile 1 is intended to prevent the rainwater by narrowing down along invades inwardly.

のである。The joint body 2, the standing piece 3, and the low-profile ridges 5, 5 of the roof tile joint A are made of hard vinyl chloride, and the high-profile ridges 5, 5 are formed.
Only the ridges 5 made of soft vinyl chloride have a high height, and the ridges 5 made of soft vinyl chloride are slightly bent as shown in FIG. Rainwater accumulates due to surface tension at the acute angle between the roof and the back surface of the roof tile 1, and thus the rainwater accumulates due to surface tension,
The water-sealing property at this portion is enhanced, and the waterproof property is further enhanced.

という利点がある。[Advantages of the Invention] In summary, according to the present invention, since the joint main body portion facing the roof tile is provided with the protrusion, it is possible to prevent the roof tile and the joint main body portion from contacting each other, and the capillary phenomenon accompanying the contacting is achieved. It is possible to prevent rainwater from reaching inside, and the height of the multiple ridges formed from the ridge-side end to the eaves-side edge at the joint body part facing the roof tile is Since the one on the side near the butt edge is high and the one on the far side is low, the ridge on the side near the butt edge abuts against the back surface of the roof tile to prevent a large amount of rainwater from entering the butt area. The small amount of rainwater that overflows beyond the contact point between the high ridge and the roof tile is further inward (away from the butt edge) by the low ridge that does not contact the back surface of the roof tile. It is possible to suppress the intrusion, and The low-height ridges do not come into contact with the back surface of the roof tiles, and rainwater can be prevented from invading inward even when they are transmitted. This has the advantage that rainwater can be prevented from entering.
