【０００１】 竹材は二年間に成熟する．素材は一部の東北地方を除き入手 出来る，但し，素材は孟宗竹が望ましい．竹素材は焼成，炭化，整形，補強，後 に美的細工を施す工芸品，美術品とする

  1. 【請求項１】 天然竹を其のまま整形を成し加工の後炭
    化を施しめ，且つ貴金属等象がん蒔絵を施す，樹脂等に
    て補強，整形を成し床間用花器，貴金属入れ，亦化粧
    品，宝石，小物等入に使用する．
  2. 【請求項２】 天然竹を焼成炭化後樹脂にて補強成し長
    期の使用に耐える物とする．竹製の一斎の焼成炭化物を
    含む物とする．
