Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 （産業上の利用分野） 本発明は、吹込み成形されたプラスチック製容器のため
のプラスチック製蓋に関し、特に、容器首部を包囲する
外側縁枠と、容器首部内に沈下するとともに蓋底を越え
て容器開口の下側に突出する内側縁枠と、蓋の外側縁枠
および蓋の内側縁枠間に介装される密閉リングとを有
し、この密閉リングが、締付けリングもしくは締付けワ
イヤにより、容器首部開口縁に対して押圧され、前記締
付けリングもしくは締付けワイヤが、蓋の外側縁枠の下
部に形成されたフランジもしくはフランジ区域の上側に
かぶさるとともに、容器開口から下方に離間された位置
で、容器壁から半径方向外側へ突出した厚いリブの下側
にかぶさり、このリブが、周囲を包囲するフランジとし
て形成され、あるいは複数のフランジ区域に細分されて
いる吹込み成形されたプラスチック製容器のためのプラ
スチック製蓋に関する。
（従来の技術） 西独特許第2,544,491号から知られるその種の容器蓋に
おいては、積重ね力、および落下の際に生じる軸方向の
衝撃力が、蓋の下側エッジに形成された外側フランジを
経て、前記容器のリブへ伝達される。この場合、かなり
の曲げモーメントが生じ、この結果、蓋のフランジおよ
び／または容器のリブ、ならびに締付けリングが損傷さ
れるおそれがあり、そして容器の密閉が破壊され、使用
不能になるおそれがある。
（発明が解決しようとする課題） 本発明は、機能の信頼性が改善されたプラスチック製蓋
を提供することを目的とするものである。
（課題を解決するための手段） この目的は、本発明によると、特許請求の範囲第１項の
特徴事項により解決される。本発明の合目的な実施例
が、従属請求項において特徴付けられている。
（作用および効果） 本発明によるプラスチック製蓋は、下記の利点を有する
ことにより優れたものである。
すなわち、積重ね負荷、および、例えば高所からの落下
の際に衝撃力として生じる軸方向負荷は、どのような場
合であっても密閉部が過度に応力を加えられずかつ一様
な密閉効果を奏する状態にして、前記蓋を経て直接に容
器筒に伝達され、この結果、蓋の下側のエッジにおける
外側フランジ、あるいは容器のリブのいずれもが、曲げ
応力を加えられることがなくなる。前記蓋の密閉構造
は、締付けリング蓋閉鎖体、もしくは締付けワイヤによ
る蓋閉鎖体を有する容器に使用することができる。前記
密閉リングには常に一定の付勢力が存在するため、密閉
リングの材料の疲労が防止され、またこの結果、密閉作
用を永続的なものとすることができる。複式密閉におい
て一方の密閉リングが損傷された場合は、他方の密閉リ
ングにより密閉状態が依然として確保されることとな
る。
（実施例） 以下、図面を参照し、締付けリングで閉鎖される広首容
器、および締付けワイヤで閉鎖されるそのような容器に
基づいて、本発明の実施例を説明する。
広首容器２のための第１および２図による、プラスチッ
クで射出成形された蓋１は、容器の首３を包囲する外側
縁枠４と、容器の首３内に沈下する内側縁枠５とを備
え、内側縁枠５は、蓋底６を越えて容器の開口の下方に
突出する。蓋の外側縁枠４および内側縁枠５は環状スペ
ース７を形成し、環状スペース７の基部からは、環状突
起８が軸方向に突出している。第１図によると、環状突
起８は、例えば硬化剤を有するポリウレタンからなる２
部品式の密閉体９を周囲に射出成形されている。
前記蓋１を締付けリング10で閉じる際には、締付けリン
グ10が、蓋の外側縁枠４の下部に形成された包囲フラン
ジ11の上側にかぶさるとともに、容器開口の下方に離間
された位置で、容器壁から半径方向外側へ突出した厚い
リブ12の下側にかぶさる。このとき、環状突起８は、密
閉体９を２つの密閉リング13に分ける状態で、容器の首
３の開口エッジ14上押圧される。これにより、密閉リン
グ13は、開口エッジ14上へ付勢される（第２図）。締付
けリング10で閉じられた場合、フランジ11およびリブ12
は相互に接触しないので、蓋１に作用する軸方向の力
は、容器の首３に、したがって容器本体に確実にかつ直
接に伝達される。
第３図は、広首容器２′のための同一の蓋１を示し、広
首容器２′においては、そのリブ12′が、複数のフラン
ジ区域からなる形態に形成されている。
第４図は、複数のフランジ区域に分割された同一のリブ
12′を有する広首容器２′のための同一の密閉構造を有
する蓋１′を示している。この蓋１′を閉じるために使
用される締付けワイヤ15は、リブ12′のフランジ区域の
下側に嵌着されるとともに、蓋の外側縁枠４′の下部に
形成されたフランジ区域16の上側に嵌着され、この場
合、蓋の外側縁枠４′は、リブ12′の複数のフランジ区
域間の中間スペースを貫通し、そして、リブ12′のフラ
ンジ区域、および蓋の外側縁枠４′のフランジ区域16
は、締付けワイヤ15のためのクサビ状の支持面を形成す
る。
第５〜12図による密閉構造の実施例においては、前記両
方の密閉リング13が、薄い接続膜17により相互に結合さ
れている。第５〜８および10〜12図による密閉構造の実
施例は、それぞれ、幅を広げられた支持表面18を有する
環状突起８を持った蓋を示している。第９図による密閉
構造においては、支持表面18が環状突起８の元の幅（厚
さ）により設定されている。
さらに第５〜12図は、密閉リング13ないしこれの接続膜
17を設置するための、容器首部の開口エッジの異なる実
施例を示している。
前記開口エッジの形態は、例えば歯を形成することによ
り（第８図）、または波形にすることにより（第10
図）、特殊な断面形状とすることにより、蓋１ないし
１′には、ラビリンス（迷路）状の密閉が施される。

Claims (7)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】吹込み成形されたプラスチック容器のため
    の蓋であって、前記容器の首部を包囲する外側縁枠と、
    前記容器の首部内に沈下するとともに蓋底を越えて容器
    開口の下側に突出する内側縁枠と、前記蓋の外側縁枠お
    よび蓋の内側縁枠間に介装される密閉リングとを有し、
    この密閉リングが、締付けリングもしくは締付けワイヤ
    により、容器首部の開口エッジに対して押圧され、前記
    締付けリングもしくは締付けワイヤが、蓋の外側縁枠の
    下部に形成されたフランジもしくはフランジ区域の上側
    にかぶさるとともに、容器開口から下方に離間された位
    置で、容器壁から半径方向外側へ突出した厚いリブの下
    側にかぶさり、このリブが、周囲を包囲するフランジと
    して形成され、あるいは複数のフランジ区域に細分され
    ている吹込み成形されているプラスチック容器のための
    プラスチック蓋において、積重ね、落下等により閉じら
    れた前記蓋（１）に発生する軸方向の力を直接に前記容
    器の首部（３）に伝達するために、前記蓋の外側縁枠お
    よび蓋の内側縁枠（４ないし５）により形成された環状
    スペース（７）の基部から、軸方向に突出した環状突起
    （８）が形成されており、また前記環状突起（８）の両
    側には、密閉リング（13）が設けられ、これらの密閉リ
    ング（13）は、蓋（１）が閉じられた際に、容器の首部
    （３）の開口エッジ（14）上で、付勢力を担うことを特
    徴とするプラスチック容器用蓋。
  2. 【請求項２】前記蓋（１）が閉じられて前記締付けリン
    グが嵌着された際に、前記複数のフランジ（11,12）が
    相互に離間されていることを特徴とする請求項１記載の
    蓋。
  3. 【請求項３】前記環状突起（８）と、前記容器の首部
    （３）の開口エッジ（14）との間で、環状突起（８）の
    領域内にある複数の密閉リング（13）が、薄い接続膜
    （17）により相互に結合されていることを特徴とする請
    求項１または２記載の蓋。
  4. 【請求項４】前記環状突起（８）が、幅を広げられた支
    持表面を有することを特徴とする請求項１〜３いずれか
    １項記載の蓋。
  5. 【請求項５】前記支持表面（18）が、前記突起の幅によ
    り設定されていることを特徴とする請求項１〜３いずれ
    か１項記載の蓋。
  6. 【請求項６】前記密閉リング（13）が、例えばポリウレ
    タンのようなプラスチック材料で射出成形されることを
    特徴とする請求項１〜５いずれか１項記載の蓋。
  7. 【請求項７】前記密閉リング（13）が、予め形成された
    嵌着用密閉リングであることを特徴とする請求項1,2,4,
    および５のいずれか１項記載の蓋。
