BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a defective stitch sewing detection device, and more particularly to an automatic adjustment device thereof.

Then, at that time, after the product is put into the bag body through the opening provided at the upper end of the bag body and filled, the edge of the opening at the upper end is covered by folding a reinforcing paper such as crepe paper in two,
A method in which the sewing machine is hooked with a sewing machine in the state of being piled up and stitched is used.

May slightly change depending on the bag body, and the seam allowance of the bag body may become shallow, so-called shallow sewing may occur.

However, as described above, since the edge of the opening of the bag is covered with the reinforcing paper and the sewing machine is hung on the reinforcing paper, it cannot be judged from the appearance whether or not the proper seam allowance is secured.

If the amount of received light is above a set level, it is proposed that there is no bag and only the reinforcing paper is given, and a defective signal is output (Japanese Patent Application No. 63-35196).

There are times when you make an erroneous decision due to forgetting or misadjusting, etc.
There was room for improvement.

If the reinforcing paper is red or green, etc., on the contrary, the transparency is poor, so even if it is a bag with shallow stitches, the amount of light received by the light receiver does not reach the predetermined level. Therefore, it is possible that no defective signal is issued.

A light emitter and a light receiver are provided to face each other at a predetermined position slightly above the position of the seam line with the body sandwiched between them, and when the amount of light transmission is detected and the amount of transmission is above a predetermined level, A perforation amount determining means for determining the permeation amount when only the reinforcing paper is provided, and a permeation amount of the reinforcing paper itself by the permeation amount determining means, as well as having a sewn stitch defect detection device that determines that only the reinforcing paper is output When it is determined that the number of defects is small, sensitivity changing means for increasing the sensitivity of the insole sewing detection device is provided.

If the amount of transmitted light is relatively high, the sensitivity will remain relatively low, and if the amount of transmitted light such as red or green is low, the sensitivity will be changed from low to high. It is possible to accurately detect a defective stitch.

The first controller 14 supplies electric power to the light emitter 11a, amplifies and inputs an electric signal corresponding to the amount of light received by the light receiver 11b, and the resistance in the first sensitivity adjuster 13 whose light reception amount is selected as described later. 13
Compared with a predetermined level based on a or the resistance 13b, the switch 14a on the output side is turned on when the amount of received light is equal to or higher than the predetermined level. Here, the first sensitivity adjuster 13 is adjusted so that the output side switch 14a is turned on when only the reinforcing paper 9 is used.

In order to select the resistor 13b of the first sensitivity adjuster 13 when the paper 9 is used, a high sensitivity switch 17b that is turned on instead of the low sensitivity switch 17a is built in, whereby the sensitivity of the first controller 14 is switched. It is designed to be used.

Although it reaches the sensor 11, only the reinforcing paper 9 without the bag 1 sewn first arrives (see FIG. 4). At this time, the second sensor 12 has not yet detected the bag body 1, and the switch 16a is off. At this time, if the reinforcing paper 9 is, for example, white or yellow, the transmittance of infrared rays from the light emitting device 11a is good, the amount of light received by the light receiving device 11b is large, and the switch 14a remains on and is a low sensitivity switch. 17a also remains on. Therefore, the sensitivity remains low.

Determines that only the reinforcing paper 9 is present, the switch 14a is turned on and outputs a shallow sewing detection signal to the third controller 17, and the third controller 17 also determines that shallow sewing is performed because the switch 16a is also on (the 2) C), alarm buzzer 18 switch

In this case, for example, in the case of two-stage switching, the sensitivity adjuster (not shown) attached to the controller 22 is adjusted so that one becomes the low-sensitivity sensor 21a and the other becomes the high-sensitivity sensor 21b.

The controller 22 normally takes in the signal of the low-sensitivity sensor 21a. When the reinforcing paper 9 has good transparency, it is not necessary to switch the sensitivity as it is, but in the state where the second sensor 23 does not detect the bag body 1, the reinforcing paper 9 having poor transparency arrives, When the low sensitivity sensor 21a is turned off,
The controller 22 switches to receive the signal of the high sensitivity sensor 21b. This state is held for a very short time by the timer mechanism until the second sensor 23 detects the bag body 1, but when the second sensor 23 is turned on, it is accepted even if the first sensor 21b does not operate. The signal does not switch, so
Operates as the original device for detecting defective stitch sewing. And
When the second sensor 23 does not operate and a predetermined time has elapsed, the second sensor 23 is switched to the low sensitivity sensor 21a.

In this case, when the bag 1 is not detected, the sensitivity is set to the minimum, and when only the reinforcing paper 9 passes, the shallow sewing is detected, that is, the contact 14a is closed.
The sensitivity adjuster 13 may be sequentially switched to a, b, c, d. Further, the second sensors 12, 23 are of a reflection type, that is, a light emitting device and a light receiving device are integrated, and the light from the light emitting device is reflected by the bag body, and the light receiving amount is detected by the light receiving device. Although the system type is used, a transmissive type similar to the first sensors 11 and 21 may be used, or another type may be separately adopted.

の利用価値は極めて大である。<Effect of the Invention> As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to easily detect a shallow sewing state which is covered with the reinforcing paper and cannot be visually discerned. Since it is possible to automatically adjust the sensitivity according to the difference in transmission amount due to the difference, it is not necessary to adjust the sensitivity each time, and there is no risk of making an erroneous judgment due to forgetting the adjustment or making an erroneous adjustment. The effect of the present invention is great, and the industrial utility value is extremely great.

置の自動調整装置。1. A predetermined position slightly above the position of the seam line in which the edge of the opening provided at the upper end of the bag is covered with a reinforcing paper, and the bag sewn by a sewing machine is sandwiched therebetween. A light emitting device and a light receiving device are provided facing each other at a position, and when the amount of transmitted light is sensed and the amount of transmitted light is above a predetermined level, it is judged as reinforcing paper only and a defective signal is output. With the detection device, the transmission amount determination means for determining the transmission amount when only the reinforcing paper is provided, and the perforated stitch defect detection device when the transmission amount determination means determines that the transmission amount of the reinforcing paper itself is small. An automatic adjusting device for a defective stitch sewing detection device, comprising: sensitivity changing means for increasing sensitivity.
