Description

【考案の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】本考案は下水配管の合流点等に配
置される排水桝の自在管接続部に関するものである。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】従来から図６に示すように排水桝(1) の
本体(2) 上部には点検筒接続部(3) が設けられ、側部に
は管接続部(4) と自在管接続部(5) が設けられた構成が
提供されている。
【０００３】 該自在管接続部(5) は根部にかけて全周
的に拡径され、接続される管(7) は該自在管接続部(5)
のパッキング装着溝(5A)に嵌着されるパッキンリング
(6) を支点として左右上下に回動可能であり、接続角度
が左右上下に自在に調節出来る。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】しかしながら上記従来
構成にあっては図６に示すように、管(7) を該自在管接
続部(5) に対して斜め上方から接続した時に該自在管接
続部(5) 底部にたまり部Ａが形成され、該たまり部Ａに
ごみや泥がたまり清掃作業の頻度が多くなると云う問題
点があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】本考案は上記従来の課題
を解決するための手段として、排水桝(11)本体(12)の側
面に設けられる自在管接続部(16)であり、根部にかけて
水平方向にのみ拡径されている排水桝(11)の自在管接続
部(16)を提供するものである。
【０００６】
【作用】排水桝(11)の本体(12)の側面に設けられる自在
管接続部(16)は根部にかけて水平方向にのみ拡径されて
いるので、該自在管接続部(16)に接続された管は垂直方
向での回動は阻止され、水平面でのみ回動が可能である
から、上下方向には接続角度が調節出来ず、左右方向に
のみ接続角度が調節出来る。

【実施例】本考案を図１〜図５に示す一実施例によって
説明すれば、排水桝(11)の本体(12)の上部には点検筒接
続部(13)が設けられ、側部には本管接続部(14)と枝管接
続部(15)とが設けられ、更に自在管接続部(16)が設けら
れている。該自在管接続部(16)は図５に示すように根部
にかけて水平方向にのみ拡径されており、またパッキン
リング(17)を装着するためのパッキング装着溝(16A)が
設けられている。
【０００８】 上記構成において、排水桝(11)の点検筒
接続部(13)には点検筒(18)を接続し、本管接続部(14)と
自在管接続部(16)には下水本管(19, 20) を接続し、枝管
接続部(15)には下水枝管(21)を接続するが、該自在管接
続部(16)は根部にかけて水平方向にのみ拡径されている
ので、図３に示すように下水本管(20)は左右に点線(20
A,20B) に示す範囲で回動させて接続角度を調節するこ
とが出来る。しかし図４に示すように該下水本管(20)は
上下には回動を阻止されるから該自在管接続部(16)の底
部のたまり部は形成されない。

【考案の効果】したがって本考案においては排水桝の自
在管接続部にたまり部が形成され ず、ごみや泥がたまり
にくゝ、排水桝への水の合流、流出が円滑に行なわれ、
また清掃作業の頻度も少なくなる。
