For this reason, the interior material was constructed by affixing the facing materials in parallel while making contact with the right-angled end faces.

Once the cover material was attached with an inclination, the next cover material also became inclined accordingly, and there was a problem that the one with a pattern was not uniform and was unsightly. For this reason, in the past, a joint portion was provided to correct a partial inclination, but there is a problem that the pattern is also cut off due to intermittent intervention of the joint portion. Therefore, the present invention provides a device in which each of the facing materials can be straightened and the joint-polymerized portion can be easily attached as a thin wall without interposing a joint portion.

By making the inclination of one inclined end surface more acute than the inclination of the other inclined end surface, the width of the end surface of one inclined end surface is made longer than the other, and a piece of skin material is laterally projected on one inclined end surface to a small width. It is made to have a configuration. It should be noted that the elastic material on the inclined end faces on both sides may be provided with uneven bands along the longitudinal direction.

Can be done. At this time, one of the slanted end faces has a sharper notch than the other slanted end face, so that the end face width becomes longer, so that the junction overlap portion can be made thinner. Further, by providing the elastic material on the slanted end faces on both sides with the concavo-convex bands along the longitudinal direction, the concavo-convex bands can be overlapped and strongly bonded.

And a backing material 2 for adhesion having a water-soluble adhesive 2a applied to the back surface thereof, a urethane foam elastic material 3 is interposed between the backing material 2 and the backing material 2 of the skin material 1 to foam the urethane material. By doing so, it is integrally molded. The elastic material 3 has a thickness of about 6 m.
m, skin material 1 is 2 mm, lining material 2 is 1 mm, and overall width is 5
It is 0 cm. Then, as shown in FIG. 2, the end surface Sb is notched in an inclined shape at 45 degrees, and one end surface Sa on the side to be bonded first has an inclination of 30 degrees, which is sharper than the other end surface Sb, and the skin. The material 1 is cut out and the end surface width Sc is made longer than the other, and the skin material piece 10 having a small width is laterally projected. It should be noted that a molding die having such inclined end surfaces Sa and Sb may be integrally molded from the beginning. In this example configured as described above, the water-soluble adhesive 2a may be melted by immersing water in the back surface of the backing material 2 and then adhered to a wall or the like. In the present example, as shown in FIG. 3, the protruding skin material piece 10 on one inclined end surface Sa is joined in a state of being superposed on the skin material 1 on the other inclined end surface Sb of the facing material S that has already been adhered. By doing so, the covering materials S can be sequentially attached in parallel. The overlapping part also becomes thin due to the polymerization at the inclined end surfaces Sa and Sb,
Since the skin material piece 10 does not create a gap, the appearance is not hindered and joints are not required. Then, as shown in FIG. 4, when the covering material S'which has already been adhered is slightly inclined due to the structure of the building, etc., the following covering material S should be adhered while straightening the protruding covering material piece 10. Good. It is possible to modify the length of the protruding width of the skin material piece 10. Although the present example is configured as described above, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the elastic material may be a flexible material regardless of the material of the skin material, the elastic material and the backing material. The thickness and size are not limited, and the total thickness may be about 4 mm. In addition, the inclination angle of the both end faces and the protrusion width of the skin material that protrudes to the one end face are also appropriate. Further, as shown in FIG. 5, wavy concavo-convex bands Se along the longitudinal direction may be provided on both inclined end surfaces Sa, Sb, and the joined state becomes good. The type of adhesive applied to the adhesive backing material is arbitrary, and may be applied at the time of construction, or may be applied only to the base and not to the backing material. Further, a water-soluble film may be attached to the surface of the skin material to protect the surface.
