[Problems to be solved by the invention] Generally, characteristics required for this type of surface plate include rigidity (flexural strength), wear resistance, accuracy (flatness, squareness, parallelism), and the like. Other factors include acid resistance and resistance to heat (expansion, etc.). Conventional cast iron surface plates have excellent mechanical properties, but are inferior in wear resistance, and also have thermal conductivity. Since the rate is high, thermal deformation is likely to occur, and the price is high. In contrast,
The stone surface plate is more than twice as hard as cast iron and has much higher wear resistance, and has the characteristics that it is stable without being affected by temperature and is less likely to undergo thermal deformation. It has the disadvantages of poor rigidity and difficulty in obtaining precision.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail based on an embodiment shown in the drawings. In FIG. It has an area where the measuring device and the like can be placed, and the thickness of the surface plate is set to a dimension necessary to support the measuring device and the like. Two
Is a concrete forming the surface plate 1, and as will be described later, since silica fume is mixed in the cement and has sufficient strength, the thickness of the surface plate 1 is smaller than that of the conventional surface plate. There is.

Then, the compressive strength in the case of formulation example 2 is about 1000 kg / cm 2 ,
Average compressive strength 659 Kg / when formed from ordinary concrete
Significant enhancement is achieved compared to cm 2 . This is because cement is finely and uniformly filled with fine particles of silica fume to be solid, and thus has high strength and high wear resistance, and has a smaller thermal conductivity than cast iron. It is possible to expect an effect that thermal deformation does not easily occur.

Reference numeral 3 denotes a metal net for electromagnetic shielding, which is formed by processing a metal plate having good conductivity such as copper. It is above the surface plate 1 and is horizontally and entirely formed by a method described later. It is stretched. Reference numeral 4 denotes a metal bush for mounting equipment and for electromagnetic shielding, which has a bottomed cylindrical shape with an internal thread on the inner periphery, and is embedded in a required portion of the surface plate 1.

Similar to the metal net 3, the metal bush 4 is embedded in the concrete 2 mixed with silica fume when the surface plate 1 is molded, and the lower end 4a thereof is connected to the metal net 3 and The opening 4b opens to the reference plane 1a. In order to ensure the contact between the metal net 3 and the lower end 4a of the metal bush 4, brazing, welding or the like is performed.

Reference numeral 5 denotes a metal base plate, which is fixed on the surface plate 1 by screwing a metal bolt 6 into the metal bush 4 and mounting an inspection device A or the like on it. However, the base plate 5 is not necessary when the reference plane 1a of the surface plate 1 is formed with high accuracy, and in this case, the inspection device A or the like is directly placed on the surface plate 1. Reference numeral 7 denotes a ground wire for the outside, which is fixed to the metal bush 4 by a metal bolt 8.
The metal bushing 4 in contact with the metal net 3 achieves ground wiring for each of the base boards 5.

Next, an example of a method of manufacturing the concrete surface plate 1 according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 2. First, a mold 9 for forming the surface plate is made of an appropriate material, and a bottom plate 9a of the frame 9 is formed. The array plate 10 is laid on the metal plate 4, and the metal bush 4 is arranged on the array plate 10 with the opening 4b facing downward. Needless to say, the arrangement position of the metal bush 4 is made to coincide with the mounting hole of the base board 5. And the metal bush 4
The metal net 3 is brought into contact with the upper part, that is, the lower end 4a of the metal net 3 and placed horizontally.
The lower end 4a of the is fixed by brazing or welding.

Next, the concrete 2 containing silica fume in the formwork 9
Is poured to a predetermined height, and the concrete 2 is filled up to the array plate 10 through the mesh 3a of the metal mesh 3. Then, if necessary, the pressing plate 11 is pressed from above to wait for the concrete 2 to age, and when the concrete 2 hardens after a certain period of time, the metal net 3 and the metal bush 4 embedded inside and the concrete 2 are separated. A prototype of the integrated surface plate 1 is formed. That is, with the metal mesh 3 as a boundary, the layers of the concrete 2 above and below the metal mesh 3 communicate with each other at the mesh 3a of the metal mesh 3, and since the metal mesh 3 and the concrete 2 have good adhesion, they are integrally formed as a whole. Be of structure.

After the concrete is hardened, the prototype of the surface plate 1 is taken out of the mold 9, and the upper surface of the mold is finished. That is, in FIG. 2, since the surface that contacts the array plate 10 is the upper surface of the surface plate 1, this surface 2a and the opening end of the opening 4b of the metal bush 4 embedded inside are co-polished. Finish and make a smooth reference plane 1a. Since the concrete 2 mixed with silica fume has a good polishing property, it is possible to obtain a smooth surface with a sufficiently high accuracy for use as an inspection device or the like.

Next, the use state of the surface plate according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 3. A plurality of metal base plates 5 are provided on the reference plane 1a of the surface plate 1 as described above. 6 is screwed into the metal bush 4 to be accurately positioned and fixed, and the inspection device A is placed on the base board 5. Then, one end of the ground wire 7 is similarly fixed to the metal bush 4 with the metal bolt 8. Therefore, since the surface plate 1 has an electromagnetic shield function, it does not have a bad influence even when it is used for measurement related to electromagnetic waves.

As described above, the concrete surface plate according to the present invention has a conductor made of a metal mesh and a lower end connected to the conductor and an upper end opened on the upper surface of the concrete base in a concrete base mixed with silica fume. When the metal bushes are embedded, the metal base board placed on the upper surface of the concrete base and one end of the ground wire are fixed by metal bolts screwed into the metal bushes. Therefore, (1) a smooth surface having high strength and high precision can be obtained. (2) At the time of molding, concrete cast from above the metal net for electromagnetic shielding flows through the mesh part of the metal net to the lower part thereof, so that the production is simple. (3) The metal mesh and the concrete have good adhesion, and the concrete layers above and below the metal mesh are continuous at the mesh portion of the metal mesh, so the overall structure is one and durable. There are various effects such as improvement of.
