(Prior Art) In recent years, a heating container capable of heating cooked foods as they are and eating them has been developed, and various heating materials as heating sources have been reported. Among these heat generating materials, inorganic heat generating materials such as quick lime and iron oxide are low in cost and excellent in economic efficiency, but since they utilize the property of generating heat due to water injection from the outside, In addition to excellent water permeability, heat sealability, durability, and other characteristics, the material for packaging is required to be economical, and the material design has a great influence on the product quality.

However, in order to package such an inorganic heating material,
Conventionally, a method of using a non-woven fabric having relatively good water permeability such as a nylon-based non-woven fabric has been attempted, but in this case, although excellent in heat sealability, durability, etc., the material cost is high and the economy is lacking. Further, in the packaging process of the heat-generating material or the process of transporting the package, there is an inconvenient problem that fine particles such as iron powder contained in the heat-generating material leak to the outside through the nonwoven fabric.

The heat generating material package of the present invention is such an inorganic heat generating material wrapped with paper. The paper used at that time has heat sealability for hermetically sealing the heat generating material and external addition. It must be a mixture of cellulosic fibers and synthetic fibers, because it must have sufficient water permeability to allow the water to penetrate through the paper.

That is, the mixed paper used in the present invention combines the high hydrophilicity and entangleability of cellulosic fibers with high water permeability and leakage prevention of heat-generating materials, and paper strength and heat sealing effects of synthetic fibers. Further, it has ideal properties as a packaging sheet for the inorganic heat generating material. Cellulosic fibers constituting such a mixed paper, Ezo pine, Todo pine, red pine, beech, hippo, oak, kozo, mitsumata,
What is obtained by beating one or more pulp raw materials such as Manila hemp and the like, on the other hand, synthetic fibers include polyolefins such as polyethylene, polypropylene and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin, and polystyrenes, polychlorinateds. Vinyl, nylon, polyester, acrylic,
At least one kind of spun filaments selected from vinylon series is used. The mixed paper of the present invention includes, in addition to these cellulosic fibers and synthetic fibers, glass fibers, rock wool fibers and the like, if necessary. Inorganic fibers, chemical fibers such as rayon and acetate, etc. may be appropriately added, and papers which have been subjected to paper strength-enhancing, coloring, hydrophilicity, flame retarding and the like treatments may be used.

In the mixed paper of the present invention, the ratio of the cellulosic fiber and the synthetic fiber is 80 to 20 parts by weight of the synthetic fiber to 20 to 80 parts by weight of the cellulosic fiber, and when the ratio of both is out of these ranges. Problems such as water permeability, heat sealability, and durability occur, and the desired heat-generating material package cannot be obtained. Further, the basis weight of the mixed paper is 30 to 100 g / m 2 ,
When the basis weight is less than 30 g / m 2 , the heat generating material leaks to the outside and causes environmental pollution. On the other hand, when the basis weight exceeds 100 g / m 2 , it is not possible to expect the corresponding effect and it is economical. Is also a disadvantage.
