Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 （産業上の利用分野） 本考案は、透水性表面シートと不透水性裏面シートとの
間に吸水性パネルを介在させた、使い捨てパンツ型オム
ツ、トレニングパンツなどのパンツ型着用吸収物品に関
する。
（従来の技術、考案が解決しようとする課題） 従来、たとえば、使い捨てオムツにおける吸水性パネル
は、表裏面シートの内面に縞状に塗布した数本の接着剤
ラインにより、該パネルを表面シートの内面に、かつ、
該パネルを裏面シートの内面に、それぞれ接合して固定
するのが一般的である。
しかし、たとえば、ウエスト回り部を予め環状に連結し
た使い捨てトレニングパンツにおいては、その着脱操作
および着用適合性のうえから、表裏面シートは伸縮性を
有していることが必要であるが、前記オムツのように表
裏面シートと吸水性パネルとを接合すると、表裏面シー
トの伸縮性が広範囲にわたって阻害され、その着脱操作
および着用適合性のうえで満足すべきものとならない。
本考案の目的は、表裏面シートとして伸縮性生地を使用
し、該表裏面シート、とくに該裏面シートの伸縮性を充
分に利用することができるとともに、吸水性パネルが形
崩れしたりみだりに移動したりすることがないように固
定することができるパンツ型着用吸収物品を提供するこ
とにある。
（課題を解決するための手段） 前記目的を達成するための本考案は、透水性かつ伸縮性
表面シートと不透水性かつ伸縮性裏面シートとの間に吸
水性パネルを介在させ、ウエストホールと両レッグホー
ルにそれぞれの回り方向へ伸縮する弾性部材を取り付け
てあるパンツ型の着用吸収物品を前提とする。
本考案は、前記前提において、前記吸水性パネルを、フ
ラッフパルプと、吸水性ポリマーパウダーと、熱可塑性
繊維とを混合し該繊維を融着させて全体を厚み方向に圧
縮成形することで構成すること、前記両レッグホールの
弾性部材をこれらが該両レッグホール間を横切るように
互いに連続させて前記パネルのほぼ中央域下面に位置さ
せ、前記表面シートと前記パネルとを所与間隔でドット
状に接合すること、および前記裏面シートと前記パネル
とを接合してないことを特徴とする。
〔実施例〕
図面を参照して、使い捨てトレニングパンツを例にとっ
て本考案の実施例を説明すると、以下のとおりである。
第１図は、トレニングパンツ１の斜視図を示す。パンツ
１は、一対のレッグホール２と、一つのウエストホール
３とを有し、それぞれに弾性部材4,5を取り付けてあ
る。
第２図は、パンツ１の分解斜視図を示す。パンツ１は、
透水性かつ伸縮性表面シート６と、不透水性かつ伸縮性
裏面シート７と、吸水性パネル８と、レッグおよびウエ
スト用弾性部材4,5とから構成してある。
表面シート６は、透水性かつ伸縮性不織布から構成して
ある。裏面シート７は、透水性かつ伸縮性不織布7aと、
不透水性かつ伸縮性プラスチックまたはゴムフィルム7b
とから構成してある。パネル８は、いわゆる砂時計型を
なし、フラッフパルプと、吸水性ポリマーパウダーと、
熱可塑性繊維とを混合し該繊維を融着させて全体を厚み
方向に圧縮成形することで構成してあり、それゆえに半
剛性を有している。
表裏面シート6,7の前後区域10,11の間に位置する股下区
域12の両側縁には、レッグホール２用の切欠縁13を形成
してある。切欠縁13と、ウエストホール縁14にはそれぞ
れ弾性部材4,5を配置してある。レッグ用弾性部材４
は、それぞれ複数本の、第１部材4Aと、第２部材4Bとか
ら構成してある。第１および第２部材4A,4Bは、それぞ
れ伸長状態で、両側部分4A1，4B1と中央部分4A2，4B2と
を有しウエストホール縁14の側へ向くほぼＵ字状に湾曲
させ、両側部分4A1，4B1と中央部分4A2，4B2との境界部
を切欠縁13の中央近傍で交差させ、両側部分4A1，4B1を
表面および／または裏面シートの内面に切欠縁13に沿っ
て接着剤で接着するとともに、中央部分4A2，4B2をいず
れの部材に接着することなくパネル８のほぼ中央区域下
面でその幅方向へ横切らせてある。ウエスト用弾性部材
５は、伸長状態で、表面および／または裏面シートの内
面にウエストホール用縁14に沿ってホットメルト型接着
剤（図示せず）で接着してある。
表裏面シート6,7の外周縁は、必要に応じて、前記接着
剤または溶着（超音波溶着を含む）による接合手段で接
合する。
第３図は、表面シート６の内面平面図を示す。パネル８
は、表面シート６の内面に示す鎖線15で囲まれる領域16
に位置させてある。第４図に示すように、表面シート６
の領域16は、これがパネル８の上面から浮き上がって排
泄液が該領域で内向に透過するのを阻害することがない
とともに、みだりに移動することがないように、間隔を
比較的大きくしたドット状の接合手段17で該パネルの上
面に接合してある。この接合手段17としても、前記接合
手段をとることができる。
裏面シート７を構成する不織布7aとフィルム7bとは、前
記接合手段でドット状に間欠的に接合してあることが好
ましい。また、必要に応じて、パネル８が位置してない
領域で直接接触する表面シート６とフィルム7bとも、前
記接合手段でドット状に間欠的に接合してもよい。
前述のように構成したパンツとしての積層体は、その中
央部で縦方向に二つに折り重ねてその両側縁９を前記接
合手段で接合することで、第１図に示すパンツ１に構成
してある。
（考案の作用・効果） 本考案においては、伸縮性を有する裏面シートとパネル
とを接合してないから、この裏面シートをパネルに拘束
されることなく自由に伸縮させ、パネルを着用者の身体
側に押圧するとともに物品全体を身体にフィットさせる
機能を充分に発揮させ、パネルと表面シートとをドット
状に接合してあるから、その接合部が多い場合に比較し
て、着用者の肌に良好な感触を与えるとともに排泄液を
表面シートからパネルへ迅速かつ効果的に吸収させ、し
かも裏面シートの前記自由な収縮押圧機能でパネルが移
動するのを充分に防止することができる。
この移動防止および着用者の股下部へのフィット性は、
パネルのほぼ中央域下面でこれを横切る両レッグホール
の弾性部材による支持機能によってさらに高めることが
できる。
また、パネルは、そのなかの繊維を融着させ全体をその
厚さ方向へ圧縮成形してあるから、着用者の激しい運動
でも形崩れしないうえ、前記押圧機能をより充分発揮さ
せることができる。

図は表面シートの内面平面図、第４図は吸水性パネルを

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】透水性かつ伸縮性表面シートと不透水性か
    つ伸縮性裏面シートとの間に吸水性パネルを介在させ、
    ウエストホールと両レッグホールにそれぞれの回り方向
    へ伸縮する弾性部材を取り付けてあるパンツ型の着用吸
    収物品において、 前記吸水性パネルをフラッフパルプと吸水性ポリマーパ
    ウダーと熱可塑性繊維とを混合し該繊維を融着させて全
    体を厚み方向に圧縮成形することで構成し、 前記両レッグホールの弾性部材をこれらが該両レッグホ
    ール間を横切るように互いに連続させて前記パネルのほ
    ぼ中央域下面に位置させ、 前記表面シートと前記パネルとを所与間隔でドット状に
    接合し、かつ、 前記裏面シートと前記パネルとを接合してない ことを特徴とする前記物品。
  2. 【請求項２】前記表面シートを透水性かつ伸縮性不織布
    から構成し、前記裏面シートを透水性かつ伸縮性不織布
    と不透水性かつ伸縮性プラスチックまたはゴムフィルム
    とから構成してある請求項１記載の物品。
  3. 【請求項３】前記裏面シートを構成する前記不織布と前
    記フィルムとを所与間隔でドット状に接合してある請求
    項２記載の物品。
