A predetermined humidity was distributed in the room along with the air inside.

た。However, since most of the mechanical members of this type of humidifier spray the water directly on the humidifying material made of the above materials or spray it by running water, clogging tends to occur. However, there was a problem that the excess water dropped down and wetted the floor. For this reason, a bulky drain pan must be installed inside the fuselage, and in particular, the humidifying water supply method described above makes it impossible to distribute the humidifying water substantially evenly over the entire humidifying material. However, if the product is installed in an oblique direction or the like, it has been said that it is extremely difficult to obtain a reliable moisturizing action because the water-containing portion of the humidifying material surface is biased to one side.

る。In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention greatly improves the mechanism of the entire humidifier, and feeds the humidifying water substantially evenly over the entire inside of the humidifier regardless of the oblique installation of the product. Its main purpose is to do so, and a large number of metal parts such as iron material and spiral grooves are provided on the surface in the inner space part of the vessel frame provided with a water distribution mechanism on the top. Another object of the present invention is to provide a humidifier characterized in that the vault-shaped slabs of (1) are erected and formed at predetermined intervals.

Along with forming a bridge, the lower end portions of the water transfer strips are connected to each other via a water distribution mechanism so as to communicate with each vault-like stake installed in the humidifier, and an appropriate amount of humidifying water to be supplied from a water supply pipe is supplied to each vault. This is a method of supplying water to the humidifier, in which water is distributed evenly over the entire humidifier, and the uneven water supply, which has been a drawback of the conventional humidifier, is fundamentally corrected.

出来得るのである。The present invention has the above-mentioned structure, and when a proper humidification is required in the room by the signal from the indoor sensor, the micro water quantity electric valve is actuated to supply a proper quantity of the humidification water to the water supply pipe. To send. The dripping water that can be sent is dispersed and flows into each of the water transfer strips that are stretched in a substantially umbrella shape below the water supply port of the water supply pipe, and the dripping water is further installed in the vessel frame through the water distribution mechanism. Although the droplets are transferred and dropped to the vault-shaped rod, the water droplets do not fall directly down, and while the water is temporarily retained by the action of the spiral groove of the vault-shaped rod surface, the water droplets gradually flow downward along the helical groove. When such humidifying water is flowing down, the water droplets that can be retained in the spiral groove naturally evaporate due to the warm air blow from the rear and the hot air from the metallic material of the vault-like hood, which becomes appropriate humidity and flows through the vessel. It is possible to supply the optimum and optimum humidity to the room easily and reliably by mixing with warm air.

The water supply pipe 4 is connected to the water quantity electric valve A, and a large number of thin yarns or water transfer pipes 5, 5 and 5 such as water guide pipes are spread below the water supply port of the water supply pipe 4 in a substantially umbrella shape and stretched. By connecting and connecting the lower end portions of 5 and 5 to the above-described vault-shaped stiles 2, 2 and 2 which are installed in the humidifier 3 via the water distribution mechanism 6, the humidified water sent from the micro water quantity electric valve A is supplied. The water passes through the water supply pipe 4 and is dispersed into the water transfer strips 5, 5, 5 for drip transmission, and the water is supplied to each of the vaults 2, 2, 2 installed in the humidifier 3 substantially evenly and at the same time. While flowing and retaining water in the spiral groove 2a attached to the siding surface, this can be gradually vaporized to perform predetermined humidification in the room.

As described above, it is possible to completely eliminate the disadvantage that one side of the ventilation passage is humidified, and of course, even if the product is installed in an oblique direction, the humidification water can be surely distributed to each vault. . Therefore, it has the effect of completely eliminating the above-mentioned drawbacks such as humidifying water flowing out of the device during the humidifying action and damaging the floor surface.

る。In particular, according to the present invention, as described above, a large number of vault rods of a metal material having spiral grooves as a humidifier are formed side by side in a vessel frame at appropriate intervals. Unlike the one that utilizes water absorption, it has the function of vaporizing water droplets naturally and reliably by the action of the spiral groove, and since the metal material is always kept warm by hot air, the heat is further increased. It is possible to promote the above-mentioned evaporative action and to provide a more effective humidifying effect. Moreover, since each vault rod is installed in the vessel frame at regular intervals, the hot air from the rear part naturally passes warm air through each vault rod, and the ventilation is very good and effective. It goes without saying that a reliable vaporization action can be expected. In addition, there is no concern about clogging of the moisturizing surface due to dust or the like during use, as compared to conventional moisturizing materials such as woven fiber yarn, and there is no fear of failure due to rigidity. It also has various effects.

いる。Further, as described in claims 2 and 3, when the constituent material of the vault rod is formed of a synthetic resin material, a ceramic material, or a material equivalent to the ceramic, the above-mentioned effects can be obtained. However, it has the advantage that it is extremely easy to process and mold, is suitable for mass production, and can easily perform various operations such as washing and replacement when it becomes dirty.
