蔵室内用吐出口13で構成されており、ダンパーサーモス
タットのフラップ10及びダンパーアーム11と略連通同一

のダンパーサーモスタットのバッフルの開度率の低い時
に冷蔵室に多湿な負荷が収納された場合にこの傾向が強
くその為、冷気吐出口周辺に常時通電する保温用ヒータ
を設けたり又冷気吐出口とバッフル当接シール間の一部
に切欠き等を設けて冷気を漏らしバッフル近傍への暖湿
気の近接を抑制する等の手法が一般にとられている。し
かし前者の場合は部品点数の増加による取付作業の増加
及びコスト,消費電力量の増加等の不都合を有するもの
である。又後者はバッフルの冷気吐出口のシール性を犠
牲にするのでありより着霜防止を確実にする程、全閉時
の冷気もれ量が大となるため、冷蔵室への侵入熱負荷量
が少なくバッフルの全閉率が高い低外気温時に前記冷気
もれ量大による冷蔵室内の冷えすぎという不都合が生じ

より上昇侵入してくる暖湿気は冷気吐出口15に抜けたあ
とバッフル10の上部に配設した衝立14に下方への対流を
阻害されると共に、衝立14の巾内で冷蔵室下方への冷気
吐出口15より上方に冷蔵室上部への冷気吐出口17を配設
しているため、本吐出口へ、スムースに抜けていき、衝
立14の下部のよどみ冷気との対流も前記吐出口15,17が
いずれも衝立14の上部で衝立14の巾内に配設している
為、抑制され、バッフル均傍への庫内暖湿気の侵入によ
る着霜はほとんどなくすことが出来る。又高温多湿下で
冷蔵室扉の半閉め状態で冷気強制循環用ファンが停止し
ている場合、庫内の暖湿気は庫内上部へ集まり、冷蔵室
上方への冷気吐出口17より、多く侵入してくる。この時
冷却器4よりダクト6を通してよどみおちる冷気は、冷
蔵室扉不完全閉で庫内温度が上昇し、開状態となったバ
ッフル10を介して、前記冷蔵室上方への冷気吐出口17よ
り下位に配した冷蔵室下方への冷気吐出口15より、よど
み出て、冷蔵室上方への冷気吐出口15より侵入する暖湿
気を誘引対流せしめるが、本構成においては、前記両吐
出口17,15が各々、バッフル上部に配設した衝立14の巾
内でかつ高さ方向に順次配している為、バッフル10近傍
への暖湿気の侵入による着霜をほとんどなくすることが

発明の効果 以上のように本発明はコントロールボックスよりの冷蔵
室下方への冷気吐出口を、冷蔵室上方への冷気吐出口よ
り下方に配設し、かつこの両吐出口をダンパーサーモス
タットのバッフルの上部にバッフル巾よりも巾広く配し
た衝立の上部にあって本衝立の巾内に配設した構成とし
ている為、低外気時のバッフル全閉率の高いときのコン
トロールボックス下方よりの暖湿気侵入時及び高温多湿
時等の冷蔵室ドア不完全閉時のコントロールボックス上
方よりの暖湿気侵入時共、前記衝立巾内上部の上下両吐
出口間に対流しバッフル部近傍への着霜が防止出来るも
のである。以上本発明は従来例のようにバッフル近傍へ
の着霜防止にヒータを配しコストアップ,消費電力量ア
ップとすることなく、又バッフルの全閉シール性の低下
の冷気もらしによる低外気温時の冷蔵室冷えすぎ等の支
障もきたすことなく、かつ、特別な部材も追加すること
