本考案は、主として建築内装の下張りに使用する石膏ボ

て印をつける作業は、容易とはいえない。目測で釘打ち
を行なうのは、よほどの熟練者でないかぎり打ち損じが
でたりして、満足にできることは少ない。とくに未熟練
者は、石膏ボードの端に近いところに釘を打つ傾向があ
って、石膏ボードを破損させたり、釘がきなかったりす

本考案の石膏ボードは、一例を第１図および第２図に示
すように、石膏板（１）の表裏にボード原紙（２および
３）をそれぞれそなえた石膏ボードにおいて、釘打ち位
置を各点ごとに独立して示す目印（５）を、石膏ボード
の中心線に関して対称の位置に、縦および横の間隔を同
一または異なるそれぞれ一定の大きさで、かつボードの
隅（４）から一定の距離に位置するよう印刷したボード
原紙（２）を用いて製造したことを特徴とする。 ここで、表面とは、いうまでもなく壁紙などをはって化
粧仕上げする側の面である。 ボードの隅から一定の位置に目印を設けるとは、第１図
において、左上の隅に近い目印であればボードの左縁か
らの距離t1、上端からの距離t2、右上の隅に近い目印で
あればボードの右縁からの距離t4、上端からの距離t2を
一定に、すなわち、どの石膏ボードをとってみても同じ
になるように目印を設けるということである。目印の位
置が石膏ボードの中心線に関して上下および左右の少な
くとも一方、好ましくは両方が対称であるほうが施工に
好都合であるから、一般にはt1＝t4、t2＝t3となるよう
に目印を設ける。目印相互の間隔（tW・tL）は任意であ
るが、桟など石膏ボードを固定するものの間隔に同調し
やすいようえらぶとよい。経験によれば、縦、横とも同
一間隔とし、5cmまたは10cmが好ましい。 本考案の石膏ボードの構造それ自体は、従来のものと異

４尺×８尺、1m×2mなどJIS規格に合わせて用意すれば
よい。本考案に従って釘打ち用の目印を設けるには、表
面用のボード原紙の所定位置に目印を印刷しておけばよ
い。目印の位置の検出は、光電管を使用して精密に行な
えるようになった。 目印の形状は、円形、角形、Ｌ字形など任意である。扱
いやすさからみると、図に例示したような十文字形が最
適である。 印刷は、フレキソ印刷、グラビア印刷、オフセット印
刷、グラビアオフセット印刷、平板オフセット印刷、ダ
イリン印刷、凸版印刷、凹版印刷、ジエットプリント、
シルクスクリーン印刷または静電印刷など既知の手法の
いずれによってもよく、その中でもフレキソ印刷とグラ
ビア印刷が好適である。印刷インキは耐水性のものを使
用し、上に壁紙などを貼って化粧したときに見えること
