Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】ごみ袋を粘着物を用いて開口する場合ごみ袋を
閉じている取り付け具を改良して弱い粘着力であっても
容易に開口できるようにするものである。さらに開口す
る時ごみ袋が大きく破損しないようにする。 【構成】ごみ袋を閉じているごみ袋取り付け具を取り付
けられているごみ袋より先端方向の部分を大きくする。

主として合成樹脂のごみ袋を開口する為のものである。

【従来の技術】
ごみ袋をごみ袋支持具に重ねて複数枚取り付る場合ステープル等を用いていた。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
ごみ袋をごみ袋支持具にステープル等で取り付けた場合開口するたびにごみ袋の 一部が大きく破損することがあった、それを防ぐ為に特別な粘着物を使用する必 要があった。またごみ袋をごみ袋支持具より取り外すとき強い力が必要であった 。

【課題を解決するための手段】
ごみ袋をごみ袋支持具に取り付ける場合取り付けられるごみ袋の取り付け用穴よ り取り付け具の先端部分近くが大きくなるような取り付け具を用いる。

【作用】
取り付けられたごみ袋は取り付け具によって閉じられたままであるが粘着物によ ってごみ袋の開口部の一方が粘着され取り付け具のところで破れて開口されるそ のとき、ごみ袋は取り付け具を通すためにあけられた穴が大きくなって抜けるよ うに取れるのでごみ袋は大きく破損しない。

【実施例】
合成樹脂又は金属等でごみ袋取り付け具を成作する場合、先端部方向をごみ袋取 り付け穴より一部大きくする、この時形状は、そのごみ袋取り付け具によって変 わるものとする。

【考案の効果】
ごみ袋を開口する時ごみ袋が大きく破れて開口しないため比較的厚いごみ袋であ っても弱い粘着力で開口できる。また大きく破れないため粘着物でごみ袋を補強 する必要がないため小さな粘着物を用いることができる。
