(57)【要約】 【目的】 製造が容易で、密封性能が極めて高く、しか
も蓋本体とパッキン部との間の接合強度の高い密封容器
用の蓋を提供する。 【構成】 蓋体頂部９と該蓋体頂部９の周縁部から垂下
するスカート部とからなる蓋本体８と、前記蓋本体８に
おける蓋体頂部９の内周面内に蓋本体８と一体成形され
ているパッキン部６とを有する密封容器用の蓋５であっ
て、該密封容器用の蓋５は、中央部に貫通孔を有するパ
ッキン部６をインサート部材とする蓋本体８用の合成樹
脂の射出成形によって成形されており、しかも前記パッ
キン部６の中央部の貫通孔内には、蓋体頂部９の内周面
に一体成形されている下向きの突起部７が設けられてい
る。

本考案は、食品や医薬品等の収容に使用する密封性を有する容器の蓋に関する 。

【従来の技術】
食品や医薬品等を収容するための容器には、高密封性が要求されており、通常 予め成形されている蓋本体の蓋体頂部の内周面にパッキン部を接着剤で接着する 等して得られたパッキン部付きの蓋が利用されている。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
本考案は、製造が容易で、密封性能が極めて高く、しかも蓋本体とパッキン部 との間の接合強度の高い密封容器用の蓋を提供する。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本考案は、蓋体頂部と該蓋体頂部の周縁部から垂下するスカート部とからなる 蓋本体と、前記蓋本体における蓋体頂部の内周面内に蓋本体と一体成形されてい るパッキン部とを有する密封容器用の蓋であり、パッキン部をインサート部材と する蓋本体用の合成樹脂の射出成形によって成形されているものである。
【０００５】 そして、上記のパッキン部の中央部には貫通孔が形成されており、しかも該貫 通孔内には、蓋体頂部の内周面に一体成形されている下向きの突起部が設けられ ている。

【実施例】
以下、本考案の密封容器用の蓋の具体的な構成を図面実施例に基づいて説明す る。
【０００７】 実施例１ ［図１］において符号５で表示される本考案の１実施例品である密封容器用の 蓋は、中央部に貫通孔を有する低密度ポリエチレン樹脂製のパッキン部６と、該 パッキン部６の貫通孔内に接当されている高密度ポリエチレン樹脂製の下向きの 突起部７と、高密度ポリエチレン樹脂製の蓋本体８とからなり、パッキン部６と 突起部７とが、蓋本体８における蓋体頂部９の内周面内において蓋本体８に一体 成形されている。
【０００８】 かかる構成による密封容器用の蓋５は、二色射出成形機によって貫通孔を有す るパッキン部６を一次成形した後、別製の突起部７をパッキン部６における貫通 孔内にインサートした後、これをインサート部材とする二次成形によって蓋本体 ８を射出成形したものである。
【０００９】 この密封容器用の蓋５は、該密封容器用の蓋５を係合させる容器の開口部の内 周面に突起部７の外周面が嵌合するものであって、密封容器用の蓋５による密封 性能が極めて良好になる。
【００１０】 本考案の密封容器用の蓋は、上記の実施例品のように、突起部を構成する部材 を予め成形しておき、該部材をパッキン部における貫通孔内にインサートした後 、これをインサート部材とする射出成形によって蓋本体を成形する方法、あるい は貫通孔を有するパッキン部をインサート部材とし、突起部と蓋本体との一体成 形体を射出成形する方法等によって得られる。
【００１１】 また、蓋本体と、突起部と、貫通孔を有するパッキン部との組み合わせとして は、［表１］に示すような樹脂の組み合わせを利用することができる。

【考案の作用及び効果】
本考案の密封容器用の蓋は、蓋体頂部と該蓋体頂部の周縁部から垂下するスカ ート部とからなる蓋本体と、前記蓋本体における蓋体頂部の内周面内に蓋本体と 一体成形されているパッキン部とを有するもので、パッキン部をインサート部材 とする蓋本体用の合成樹脂の射出成形によって成形されており、しかもパッキン 部の中央部には貫通孔が形成されており、かつ該貫通孔内には、蓋体頂部の内周 面に一体成形されている下向きの突起部が設けられた構成からなっている。
【００１４】 上記の構成による本考案の密封容器用の蓋における下向きの突起部は、該密封 容器用の蓋を係合させる容器の開口部の内周面に嵌合するものである。
【００１５】 従って、本考案の密封容器用の蓋は、製造が容易で、密封性能が極めて高く、 しかも蓋本体とパッキン部との間の接合強度が高い等の作用、効果を奏する。

    ける蓋体頂部の内周面内に蓋本体と一体成形されている
    パッキン部とを有する密封容器用の蓋が、中央部に貫通
    孔を有するパッキン部をインサート部材とする蓋本体用
    の合成樹脂の射出成形によって成形されており、しかも
    前記パッキン部の中央部の貫通孔内には、蓋体頂部の内
    周面に一体成形されている下向きの突起部が設けられて
    いることを特徴とする密封容器用の蓋。
