Ｂ 問題点の解決法 コタツに小型の冷房装置を取りつけ局所的に冷房し部屋単位の冷房装置を取り 外す Ｃ 考案の効果 省エネが達成される。電力危機が一部だが救われ、電気料も安くなる。冷房状 態の立上りも早くなる。
Ｄ その他の摘要 アンカにも応用可能ではあるが多少の危険を伴なう。この場合はむしろ水枕風 のものの方が良い。
