(B) Some old newspapers and cardboard boxes were collected separately, but they were too expensive to reuse and were not used very often. (C) Even if you try to send a paper dust exchange, the profitability of the business is not good and the fact is that it is rarely turned around, and there is no choice but to put it in a collection vehicle of a public institution, and the processing plants are full nationwide is there. The present invention has been made to solve these drawbacks.

The chopped tree rots when water is added to it, and earthworms and many microorganisms are generated. The same applies to old newspapers and corrugated cardboard. If water is added and left to stand, earthworms will multiply and microorganisms will develop, and eventually most newspapers will turn into earthworms, and vegetable waste and fish waste in the kitchen. Similarly, when it is buried in the soil, it becomes compost, but most of the decay type bacteria change to the resuscitation type by adding the effective microorganism EM bacteria, and further, the mineral ore of the mineral necessary for soil improvement Since powder is added, minerals can be supplied to the plant, and plants that are resistant to pests and diseases grow. Furthermore, the amount of pesticides can be reduced.

有機質肥料である。EXAMPLES Examples of the present invention will be described below. * The powder of mineral ore used in the present invention indicates the scientific name, greenstone of quartz diorite rock, and redstone. The analysis of public institutions is as follows. Announced by World Ceramic Co., Ltd. Engineering Certificate No. 1350-1, Akaishi Midori, Silicic Acid 51,23 …………………… 63,39 Alumina 20,62 …………………… 14,77 Ferric 5,90… ………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………… 3… 3 20 base substitution capacity (/ 100 g) 8,277,26 Red and green 30 g of each stone powder was immersed in 1 liter of distilled water and allowed to stand at room temperature for 48 hours, and the supernatant thereof was tested. Hydrogen ion concentration PH 7,5 (mg) * Fermenting agent containing effective microorganisms is an abbreviation for efebutive, micro, and organics discovered by Professor Higa of the University of the Ryukyus. A small number of cultivated products are now on the market. * In the present invention, the above-mentioned two kinds of substances are mixed and used in newspaper, kitchen vegetable waste, and the like. (A) Separately collect old newspapers and corrugated cardboard so that they are easy to rot, cut them into small pieces of about 10 cm, or put them in water and paste them into paste or knead them. (B) In the place of paste, mix the vegetable scraps in the kitchen except vinyl and poly that are normally discarded. (C) Mineral ore powder, greenstone powder, redstone powder is divided into equal parts, 2-3% of the total amount, such as newspaper and kitchen vegetable waste.
Add the ingredients and mix well to dry. If the ore powder is a single item, red stone powder is preferred. (D) If the old newspapers are spoiled quickly or if more nutrients are needed, dry beef dung, pork dung, chicken dung, etc. should be mixed.
In that case, add the amount you like. (E) When all the mixed substances are left in the shade, a bad odor is emitted, and it becomes a disintegrating type compost that gives off a bad odor as usual. Therefore, when a fermenting agent containing the effective microorganism EM bacteria is mixed and used, the odor is extinguished at the same time. The amount of fermenting agent to be fermented compost is 30g per 10Kg of total amount. (F) After mixing well, it is exactly the same as making compost, leaving it sealed. If you look at the time well and stir well up and down, the planned compost will be completed when the time comes. However, since it is not possible for an administrative agency or business to complete at natural temperature, it is always 30 to 40 degrees to speed up the finish.
Requires moderate heat treatment. In this case, the processing site, design, and the like are not possible for the present inventor, and therefore are left to experts. (G) Since the finished compost is inconvenient for transportation and users in its case, the concentration of minerals does not change even after a slight heat treatment, so dry compost is made into powder. The present invention, the waste newspaper as described above, cardboard, reusable normal waste mainly kitchen waste vegetables, the use of mineral ore powder required for soil improvement,
"Resurrection type" This is a unique resuscitation type organic fertilizer that utilizes effective EM bacteria.

Unlike the conventional organic fertilizer, this fertilizer uses the microorganism EM bacterium, and it can eat vegetables and fruits at the same time as improving the soil. In addition, the spread of this fertilizer prepares all the soil, so plants can be sick,
Since it grows into a strong plant that is not attacked by pests, the amount of pesticides can be reduced, and therefore the rivers can be cleaned to protect the nature and contribute to society.
