監視装置は前記回線監視装置からの指示に基づき該当す
るシステム番号の中継器を選択しこの受信信号の誤りパ
ルスの計数を行なう誤り検出回路とこの結果を前記回線
監視装置へ転送する監視用回線接続回路を有することを
