Claims (2)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】折曲げ加工により段差が形成された複数の
リード端子が複数組一体に接続されたリードフレーム
と、このリードフレームに接続された前記リード端子及
び増幅・スイッチング回路を内蔵し集積化されたフルパ
ッケージタイプICが固定された基板と、前記リードフレ
ームの切断により個別に分割された前記基板が装着され
る放熱基台と、この放熱基台に組み合わされ前記リード
フレームの切断により個片に分割された前記リード端子
が固定されるインサート端子を有するケースと、内蔵す
る素子の表面をコーティング材で保護し、このコーティ
ング材の熱膨脹率とほぼ等しいエポキシ系樹脂にてフル
パッケージされたパワートランジスタとを備えた内燃機
関用点火装置。
1.
