Claims (15)
- 1.ろ液を回収するため液体培地をろ過するための無機ユニットにおいて、 −液体培地と接触させられるようになっている少なくとも1枚の分離層(4)で 被覆された面(31)を有し、この分離層に対し−定の圧力(P)を加える無機 剛性多孔質支持体(3)、分離層(4)に対し加えられる圧力(P)とほぼ同等 の相対する圧力(P1)を支持体(3)上に及ぼすカウンタスラスト(返し突き )要素(6)、 −及び、分離層から多孔質支持体を通過したろ液を回収することを目的とする、 分離層(4)から一定の距離のところで多孔質支持体の中に作られた少なくとも 1つのキャビティ(8)、から成る少なくとも1つのフィルタ要素(1)、−及 び、液体培地(2)の循環のための少なくとも1つの要素(II) を含むユニットであって、 無機多孔質支持体(3)は、互いに及び多孔質支持体に対して焼結により結合さ れた単数又は複数の層(4)で被覆された平坦面(31)を有し、 要素(II)は、フィルタ要素の平坦面(31)と共に高さ(h)0.1〜3m m好ましくは0.2〜1.5mmの液体シートを規定している、無機ユニット、
- 2.単数又は複数のキャビティ(8)が1つの平坦な底面(91)を有し、この 底面から側面(92)がほぼ垂直方向に立ち上り、キャビティは、圧縮下での多 孔質支持体の作用に対して反応するため互いの間で支持部(10)を限定してい る、請求の範囲第1項に記載のろ過ユニット。
- 3.キャビティ(8)が互いに連絡し合って、支持部(10)を限定する十字形 ろ液回収網を形成している、請求の範囲第2項に記載のろ過ユニット。
- 4.カウンタスラスト要素(6)は、ろ過すべき液体培地と接触するようになっ ている少なくとも1枚の分離層が具備された平坦な外部面(61)をもちこの分 離層に対抗する圧力(Pl)を加える相補的無機多孔質支持体で構成されている 、請求の範囲第1項に記載のろ過ユニット。
- 5.相補的多孔質支持体(6)は多孔質支持体(3)と同一であり、2つの支持 体の支持部(10)が互いに接触した状態になるように多孔質支持体(3)に対 称的にはめ合わされている、請求の範囲第4項に記載のろ過ユニット。
- 6.支持部の高さは、ろ液が0.1バール未満の圧力損失を伴って確実に流れる ようにするべく決定されている、請求の範囲第1項又は第5項に記載のろ過ユニ ット。
- 7.相補的多孔質支持体(6)が多孔質支持体(3)の一部を成す、請求の範囲 第4項に記載のろ過ユニット。
- 8.多孔質支持体(3及び6)は1つのメッシュを内含し、それを除去すること によってろ液回収キャビティ(8)の形成が可能となる、請求の範囲第7項に記 載のろ過ユニット。
- 9.多孔質支持体(3,6)が各々1〜10の間の長さ/幅比を有し、厚みは0 .5〜6mmである、請求の範囲第1項に記載のろ過ユニット。
- 10.多孔質支持体(3)がそのそれぞれの支持部(10)で互いに対し溶接さ れている、請求の範囲第5項に記載のろ過ユニット。
- 11.多孔質支持体(3)内の気孔が1〜50マイクロメートル好ましくは5〜 10マイクロメートルの平均直径を有する、請求の範囲第1項に記載のろ過ユニ ット。
- 12.多孔質支持体(3)には、0.1〜1.5マイクロメートルの相当直径を もつ気孔を有する単数又は複数の分離層(4,13)が具備されている、請求の 範囲第1項に記載のろ過ユニット。
- 13.単数又は複数の分離層(4,13)は2nm〜90nmの相当平均直径を もつ相補的分離層で被覆されている、請求の範囲第12項に記載のろ過ユニット 。
- 14.分離層がAI2O3,TiO2,ZrO2又はSiO2といった純粋酸化 物又は(A12O3+TiO2),(A12O3+SiO2),(TiO2+S iO2)又は(ZrO2+TiO2)といったこれらの純粋酸化物の混合物の被 者により生成されている、請求の範囲第1項に記載のろ過ユニット。
- 15.液体の循環のための要素(II)が本発明に従った無機フィルタ要素(I )で構成されている、請求の範囲第1項に記載の無機ろ過ユニット。
