Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.酸化アルミニウム、酸化硼素、酸化ガリウム、酸化鉄、及びそれらの混合物 から選択された酸化物に対する、酸化珪素、酸化ゲルマニウム、及びそれらの混 合物から選択された酸化物のモル比が、25:1〜400:1であり、表2に示 したX線回折線を有するゼオライト。 2.合成したままの無水状態で、酸化物のモル比で表して、次の組成:(0.5 〜10)Q2O:(0.1〜5)M2O:W2O3:(25〜400)YO2( 式中、Mはアルカリ金属陽イオンであり、Wはアルミニウム、硼素、ガリウム、 鉄、及びそれらの混合物から選択され、Yは珪素、ゲルマニウム、及びそれらの 混合物から選択され、そしてQはN,N−ジメチル−4−アゾニアトリシクロ[ 5.2.2.0(2,6)]ウンデセ−8−エン陽イオンである)の組成を有し 、表1のX線回折線を有するゼオライト。 3.Wがアルミニウムで、Yが珪素である、請求項1又は2に記載のゼオライト 。 4.請求項3に記載のゼオライトを約200℃〜820℃の温度で熱処理するこ とにより製造されたゼオライト。 5.酸化アルミニウム、酸化ガリウム、又は酸化鉄に対する、酸化珪素又は酸化 ゲルマニウムのモル比が、約50:1〜200:1である請求項1又は2に記載 のゼオライト。 6.水素、アンモニウム、稀土類金属、第IIA族金属、第VIII族金属のイ オンとのイオン交換を受けた請求項1又は2に記載のゼオライト。 7.稀土類金属、第IIA族金属、又は第VIII族金属がゼオライト中に吸蔵 されている請求項1又は2に記載のゼオライト。 8.請求項1又は2に記載のゼオライトと無機マトリックスとからなるゼオライ ト組成物。 9.(a)アルカリ金属酸化物、N,N−ジメチル−4−アゾニアトリシクロ[ 5.2.2.0(2,6)]ウンデセ−8−エン陽イオン、酸化アルミニウム、 酸化硼素、酸化ガリウム、酸化鉄、及びそれらの混合物から選択された酸化物、 及び酸化珪素、酸化ゲルマニウム、及びそれらの混合物から選択された酸化物、 の源を含む水溶液を調製し、 (b)前記混合物を少なくとも140℃の温度でゼオライトの結晶が形成される まで維持し、そして (c)前記結晶を回収する、 ことからなる請求項1に記載のゼオライトの製造方法。 10.水性混合物が、酸化物モル比で表して次の範囲:広い範囲好ましい範囲 YO2/W2O3 25:1〜400:1 50:1〜200:1OH−/YO 2 0.10:1〜0.50:1 0.20:1〜0.30:1Q/YO2 0 .10:1〜0.30:1 0.15:1〜0.25:1M+/YO2 0.0 1:1〜0.30:1 0.05:1〜0.15:1H2O/YO2 15:1 〜50:1 20:1〜35:1(式中、QはN,N−ジメチル−4−アゾニア トリシクロ[5.2.2.0(2,6)]ウンデセ−8−エン陽イオンであり、 Yは珪素、ゲルマニウム及びそれらの混合物から選択され、Wはアルミニウム、 硼素、ガリウム、鉄、及びそれらの混合物から選択される。) に入る組成を有する請求項9に記載の方法。 11.Yが珪素であり、Wがアルミニウムである、請求項9又は10に記載の方 法。 12.炭化水素質供給物を炭化水素転化条件で請求項1に記載のゼオライトと接 触させることからなる炭化水素転化法。 13.炭化水素供給原料を水添分解条件で、請求項1に記載のゼオライトと第V III族金属からなる触媒と接触させることからなる水添分解法である請求項1 2に記載の方法。 14.炭化水素供給原料を脱蝋条件で、請求項1に記載のゼオライトと接触させ ることからなる脱蝋法である請求項12に記載の方法。 15.増大した芳香族含有量を有する高オクタン価生成物を製造するための方法 で、 (a)約40℃より高く、約200℃より低い沸点を有する直鎖及び僅かに分岐 した炭化水素からなる炭化水素質供給物を、芳香族転化条件で、請求項1に記載 のゼオライトと接触させ、然も、前記ゼオライトは実質的に酸性度を持たずそし て (b)オクタン価が高く、芳香族含有量の大きい生成物を回収する、ことからな る高オクタン価生成物製造方法である請求項12に記載の方法。 16.ゼオライトが第VIII族金属成分を含む、請求項15に記載の方法。 17.炭化水素供給原料を反応領域中で水素を添加せずに接触分解条件で、請求 項1に記載のゼオライトからなる触媒と接触させる工程からなる接触分解方法で ある請求項12に記載の方法。 18.炭化水素供給原料を反応領域中で水素を添加せずに接触分解条件で、請求 項1に記載のゼオライトである成分と、大きな気孔孔径の結晶質アルミノ珪酸塩 である分解成分とからなる触媒組成物と接触させる工程からなる接触分解法であ る請求項12に記載の方法。 19.触媒組成物が二種類の成分の物理的混合物からなる請求項18に記載の方 法。 20.二種類の触媒成分が、無機マトリックス中に配合されている請求項18に 記載の方法。 21.少なくとも一種類の第VIII族金属及び請求項1に記載のゼオライトか らなる触媒と、直鎖及び僅かに分岐したC4〜C7炭化水素を有する供給物とを 異性化条件で接触させることからなるC4〜C7炭化水素を異性化する異性化法 である請求項12に記載の方法。 22.触媒が、第VIII族金属の含浸後、水蒸気/空気混合物中で上昇させた 温度でか焼されている請求項21に記載の方法。 23.第VIII族金属が白金である請求項22に記載の方法。 24.少なくとも1モル過剰の芳香族炭化水素をアルキル化条件でC2〜C4オ レフィンと少なくとも部分的液相条件で、請求項1に記載のゼオライトの存在下 で、接触させることからなる芳香族炭化水素のアルキル化法である請求項12に 記載の方法。 25.芳香族炭化水素とオレフィンが、夫々約4:1〜20:1のモル比で存在 する請求項24に記載の方法。 26.芳香族炭化水素がベンゼン、トルエン、キシレン、又はそれらの混合物か らなる群から選択された炭化水素である請求項24に記載の方法。 27.トランスアルキル化条件で、芳香族炭化水素とポリアルキル芳香族炭化水 素とを少なくとも部分的液相条件で、請求項1に記載のゼオライトの存在下で接 触させることからなる芳香族炭化水素のトランスアルキル化法である請求項12 に記載の方法。 28.芳香族炭化水素とポリアルキル芳香族炭化水素が、夫々約1:1〜約25 :1のモル比で存在する請求項27に記載の方法。 29.芳香族炭化水素がベンゼン、トルエン、キシレン、又はそれらの混合物か らなる群から選択された炭化水素である請求項27に記載の方法。 30.ポリアルキル芳香族炭化水素がジアルキルベンゼンである請求項27に記 載の方法。 31.1〜8個の炭素原子を有する低級脂肪族アルコールをガソリン沸点範囲の 炭化水素を形成するように転化する方法で、前記アルコールを転化条件で請求項 1に記載のゼオライトと接触させることからなる転化法。 32.アルコールがメタノールである請求項31に記載の方法。 33.(a)約40℃より高く、約200℃より低い沸点を有する直鎖及び僅か に分岐した炭化水素からなる炭化水素質供給物を、芳香族転化条件で請求項1に 記載のゼオライトと接触させ、そして(b)芳香族含有流出物を回収する、 ことからなる請求項12に記載の方法。 34.C2〜C6オレフィン又はパラフィン供給物流を芳香族化合物へ転化する ための方法で、供給物材料を芳香族転化条件で請求項1に記載のゼオライトと接 触させることからなる、請求項12に記載の方法。 35.少なくとも一種類の第VIII族金属及び請求項1に記載のゼオライトか らなる触媒と、キシレンを含む炭化水素とを異性化条件で接触させることからな るキシレンを異性化する異性化法である請求項12に記載の方法。
