Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.プラスチック材料及び繊維材料の混合物を含む投入材料から複合生成物を調 製するための複合生成物調製方法であって、 前記投入材料を粒状化する段階と、 該粒状化された投入材料を分粒する段階と、分粒した投入材料を第1、第2及び 第3の連続する3つの加熱相に於て加熱する加熱段階にして、第1の加熱相が投 入材料の内部温度を約215乃至250°F(約101乃至121℃)とするに 十分な温度で前記投入材料を加熱し、第2の加熱相が投入材料の内部温度を約2 50乃至約320°F(約121乃至160℃)とするに十分な温度で前記投入 材料を加熱し、第3の加熱相が投入材料の内部温度を約320乃至約400°F (約160乃至204℃)にするに十分な温度で前記投入材料を加熱してなる3 つの加熱段階と、 前記投入材料を補強構造と共に同時押出しする段階と、 前記投入材料を真空プロフィールダイに押し込み最終生成物を形成する段階と、 該最終生成物を冷却する段階と を含んでなる複合生成物調製方法。 2.連続的に為される請求の範囲1に記載の複合生成物調製方法。 3.投入材料には約50乃至80重量パーセントのプラスチック材料が含まれて なる請求の範囲1に記載の複合生成物調製方法。 4.投入材料には、線状低密度ポリエチレン、低密度ポリエチレン高密度ポリエ チレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリススチレン、PVCから実質的になる群から選択 したプラスチックが含まれてなる請求の範囲1に記載の複合生成物調製方法。 5.投入材料には高密度ポリエチレンが含まれてなる請求の範囲4に記載の複合 生成物調製方法。 6.投入材料には約20乃至50重量パーセントの繊維材料が含まれてなる請求 の範囲1に記載の複合生成物調製方法。 7.繊維材料は紙、アルミ箔、おがくず、合板、ガラス繊維、カーペット、ボー ル紙、衣服繊維から成る群から選択されてなる請求の範囲1に記載の複合生成物 調製方法。 8.粒状化された投入材料は分粒後約1/16乃至1/2インチ(約0.4乃至 1.3センチメートル)の直径の粒子寸法を有してなる請求の範囲1に記載の複 合生成物調製方法。 9.投入材料は約2000乃至7000psi(約140.6乃至約492.1 kg/cm2)の圧力下で加熱されてなる請求の範囲1に記載の複合生成物調製 方法。 10.粒状化段階に先立ち、投入材料の統計的プロフィールを作製する段階を含 んでなる請求の範囲1に記載の複合生成物調製方法。 11.投入材料が有機材料を更に含んでなる請求の範囲1に記載の複合生成物調 製方法。 12.投入材料が約5乃至20重量パーセントの有機材料を含んでなる請求の範 囲1に記載の複合生成物調製方法。 13.最終生成物をコーティングする段階を含んでなる請求の範囲1に記載の複 合生成物調製方法。 14.最終生成物が着色材でコーティングされてなる含んでなる請求の範囲13 に記載の複合生成物調製方法。 15.最終生成物が紫外光線吸収材でコーティングされてなる含んでなる請求の 範囲13に記載の複合生成物調製方法。 16.最終生成物を放射物で処理する段階を含んでなる請求の範囲1に記載の複 合生成物調製方法。 17.投入材料の粒状化段階に先立ちプラスチック材料及び繊維材料の統計的プ ロフィールを作製する段階を含んでなる請求の範囲1に記載の複合生成物調製方 法。 18.前記投入材料を粒状化する段階と、該粒状化された投入材料を分粒する段 階と、分粒した投入材料を第1、第2及び第3の連続する3つの加熱相に於て加 熱する加熱相段階にして、第1の加熱相が投入材料の内部温度を約215乃至2 50°F(約101乃至121℃)とするに十分な温度で前記投入材料を加熱し 、第2の加熱相が投入材料の内部温度を約250乃至約320°F(約121乃 至160℃)とするに十分な温度で前記投入材料を加熱し、第3の加熱相が投入 材料の内部温度を約320乃至約400°F(約160乃至204℃)にするに 十分な温度で前記投入材料を加熱してなる3つの加熱相段階と、前記投入材料を 補強構造と共に同時押出しする段階と、 前記投入材料を真空プロフィールダイに押し込み最終生成物を形成する段階と、 該最終生成物を冷却する段階と を含んでなる複合生成物調製方法により調製されてなる複合生成物。 19.投入材料から複合生成物を調製するための方法であって、 前記投入材料を粒状化する段階と、 該粒状化された投入材料を分粒する段階と、分粒した投入材料を第1、第2及び 第3の連続する3つの加熱相に於て加熱する加熱相段階にして、第1の加熱相が 投入材料の内部温度を約215乃至250°F(約101乃至121℃)とする に十分な温度で前記投入材料を加熱し、第2の加熱相が投入材料の内部温度を約 250乃至約320°F(約121乃至160℃)とするに十分な温度で前記投 入材料を加熱し、第3の加熱相が投入材料の内部温度を約320乃至約400° F(約160乃至204℃)にするに十分な温度で前記投入材料を加熱してなる 3つの加熱相段階と、前記投入材料を圧縮キャビティダイに押し込む段階と、 モールドプラグを前記圧縮キャビティダイに挿通する段階と、 前記モールドブラク及び圧縮キャビティダイを、生成物を形成するに十分な時間 圧縮する段階と、生成物を冷却する段階と を含んでなる投入材料から複合生成物を調製するための方法。 32.最終生成物を放射物で処理する段階を含んでなる請求の範囲19に記載の 投入材料から複合生成物を調製するための方法。 33.投入材料の粒状化段階に先立ち投入材料の統計的プロフィールを作製する 段階を含んでなる請求の範囲19に記載の投入材料から複合生成物を調製するた めの方法。 34.金属片、石或いは研磨材を圧縮キャビティダイ内の投入材料に追加する段 階を含んでなる請求の範囲19に記載の投入材料から複合生成物を調製するため の方法。 35.最終生成物の冷却段階に先立ち追加の材料を追加する段階と、圧縮キャビ ティダイ中にモールドブラクを再挿入する段階と、該モールドブラグ及び圧縮キ ャビティダイを積層状態の生成物を形成するに十分な時間圧縮する段階とを含ん でなる請求の範囲19に記載の投入材料から複合生成物を調製するための方法。 36.積層状態の生成物中に金属片を組み込み2つの別個の生成物間に相互錠止 機能を提供させる段階を含んでなる請求の範囲19に記載の投入材料から複合生 成物を調製するための方法。 37.前記投入材料を粒状化する段階と、該粒状化された投入材料を分粒する段 階と、分粒した投入材料を第1、第2及び第3の連続する3つの加熱相に於て加 熱する加熱相段階にして、第1の加熱相が投入材料の内部温度を約215乃至2 50°F(約101乃至121℃)とするに十分な温度で前記投入材料を加熱し 、第2の加熱相が投入材料の内部温度を約250乃至約320°F(約121乃 至160℃)とするに十分な温度で前記投入材料を加熱し、第3の加熱相が投入 材料の内部温度を約320乃至約400°F(約160乃至204℃)にするに 十分な温度で前記投入材料を加熱してなる3つの加熱相段階と、前記投入材料を 圧縮キャビティダイに押し込む段階と、 モールドブラグを前記圧縮キャビティダイに挿通する段階と、 前記モールドプラグ及び圧縮キャビティダイを、生成物を形成するに十分な時間 圧縮する段階と、生成物を冷却する段階とを含む方法により調製されてなる複合 物。 38.投入材料が都市の、工業的な、また商業的な高分子材料及び繊維材料を含 んでなる請求の範囲1に記載の複合生成物調製方法。 39.投入材料が都市の、工業的な、また商業的な高分子材料及び繊維材料を含 んでなる請求の範囲19に記載の複合生成物調製方法。 40.特定の目標配合を有する複合生成物をプラスチック材料及び繊維材料の混 合物を含む投入材料から調製するための方法であって、 前記投入材料を粒状化する段階と、 該粒状化された投入材料を分粒する段階と、分粒した投入材料を第1、第2及び 第3の連続する3つの加熱相に於て加熱する加熱相段階にして、第1の加熱相が 投入材料の内部温度を約215乃至250°F(約101乃至121℃)とする に十分な温度で前記投入材料を加熱し、第2の加熱相が投入材料の内部温度を約 250乃至約320°F(約121乃至160℃)とするに十分な温度で前記投 入材料を加熱し、第3の加熱相が投入材料の内部温度を約320乃至約400° F(約160乃至204℃)にするに十分な温度で前記投入材料を加熱してなる 3つの加熱相段階と、前記投入材料を補強構造と共に同時押出しする段階と、 前記投入材料を真空プロフィールダイに押し込み最終生成物を形成する段階と、 該最終生成物を冷却する段階と を包含してなる特定の目標配合を有する複合生成物をプラスチック材料及び繊維 材料の混合物を含む投入材料から調製するための方法。 41.特定の目標配合を有する複合生成物をプラスチック材料及び繊維材料の混 合物を含む投入材料から調製するための方法であって、 適当量の工業的破砕物を追加して前記目標配合を得る段階と、 前記投入材料を粒状化する段階と、 該粒状化された投入材料を分粒する段階と、分粒した投入材料を第1、第2及び 第3の連続する3つの加熱相に於て加熱する加熱相段階にして、第1の加熱相が 投入材料の内部温度を約215乃至250°F(約101乃至121℃)とする に十分な温度で前記投入材料を加熱し、第2の加熱相が投入材料の内部温度を約 250乃至約320°F(約121乃至160℃)とするに十分な温度で前記投 入材料を加熱し、第3の加熱相が投入材料の内部温度を約320乃至約400° F(約160乃至204℃)にするに十分な温度で前記投入材料を加熱してなる 3つの加熱相段階と、前記投入材料を圧縮キャビティダイに押し込む段階と、 モールドブラグを前記圧縮キャビティダイに挿通する段階と、 前記モールドブラグ及び圧縮キャビティダイを、生成物を形成するに十分な時間 圧縮する段階と、生成物を冷却する段階と を包含してなる特定の目標配合を有する複合生成物をプラスチック材料及び繊維 材料の混合物を含む投入材料から調製するための方法。
