Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.以下の工程: (a)セルロースを第三アミンN−オキシドに溶解させて溶液を形成する工程と 、 (b)その溶液を水性浴と接触させて再生セルロースを析出させ且つ使用済浴を 形成する工程と、 (c)水酸化物型の強塩基性アニオン交換樹脂で処理することによってその使用 済浴を精製する工程とを含む、再生セルロース製品を製造するための方法におい て、 (1)強無機酸水溶液、及び (2)水酸化ナトリウム水溶液 で連続処理することによって樹脂を再生することを特徴とする方法。 2.再生セルロース製品が繊維、フィルムまたはチューブであることを特徴とす る、請求の範囲1に記載の方法。 3.アミンN−オキシドがN−メチルモルフォリンN−オキシドであることを特 徴とする、請求の範囲1または2に記載の方法。 4.使用済浴が5〜40重量%のアミンオキシドを含有することを特徴とする、 先行のいずれかの請求の範囲に記載の方法。 5.使用済浴が15〜35重量%のアミンオキシドを含有することを特徴とする 、請求の範囲4に記載の方法。 6.アニオン交換樹脂が、−CH2N(CH2)3+基を含有する第四アンモニ ウム樹脂であることを特徴とする、先行のいずれかの請求の範囲に記載の方法。 7.アニオン交換樹脂がマクロポーラス樹脂であることを特徴とする、先行のい ずれかの請求の範囲に記載の方法。 8.強無機酸が塩酸及び硫酸から成る群より選ばれたことを特徴とする、先行の いずれかの請求の範囲に記載の方法。 9.処理工程(1)で用いられる溶液が1〜10重量%の酸を含有することを特 徴とする、先行のいずれかの請求の範囲に記載の方法。 10.処理工程(1)で用いられる溶液が2〜7重量%の酸を含有することを特 徴とする、請求の範囲9に記載の方法。 11.処理工程(2)で用いられる溶液が1〜10重量%の水酸化ナトリウムを 含有することを特徴とする、先行のいずれかの請求の範囲に記載の方法。 12.処理工程(2)で用いられる溶液が2〜6重量%の水酸化ナトリウムを含 有することを特徴とする、請求の範囲11に記載の方法。 13.処理工程(1)に用いられる酸1当量当たり1.0〜1.1モルの水酸化 ナトリウムを処理工程(2)に使用することを特徴とする、先行のいずれかの請 求の範囲に記載の方法。 14.処理工程(1)及び(2)の各々において1.0〜5.0ベッド体積の水 溶液を使用することを特徴とする、先行のいずれかの請求の範囲に記載の方法。 15.再生サイクルの際に樹脂限水で処理工程(1)の前に、処理工程(1)と (2)の間に、そして処理工程(2)の後に洗浄することを特徴とする、先行の いずれかの請求の範囲に記載の方法。 16.使用済浴をさらにカチオン交換樹脂に通過させることを特徴とする、先行 のいずれかの請求の範囲に記載の方法。 17.使用済浴を、まずアニオン交換樹脂に通過させ、次いでカチオン交換樹脂 に通過させることを特徴とする、請求の範囲16に記載の方法。 18.使用済浴を、アニオン交換樹脂に通過させる前に濾過することを特徴とす る、先行のいずれかの請求の範囲に記載の方法。
