Claims (20)
- 1.水不透過性及び可撓性を有する生物分解性熱可塑性フイルムにおいて、(a )(i)熱可塑性ジアルカノイル重合体で、その重合体の少なくとも約10%が 、式: ▲数式、化学式、表などがあります▼ (式中、Rは二価の脂肪族炭化水素基を表し、R′は二価の脂肪族炭化水素基及 び二価の脂肪族オキサハイドロカーボン基からなる群からのものを表す。)の反 復ジアルカノイル単位に起因することを特徴とする熱可塑性ジアルカノイル重合 体、及び (ii)式: ▲数式、化学式、表などがあります▼ (式中、xは2〜7の値を有する整数である。)の熱可塑性オキシアルカノイル 重合体、及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択された通常丈夫で堅いフイルム 形成性アルカノイル熱可塑性重合体、 (b)破壊澱粉及び (c)エチレン・酢酸ビニル、加水分解されたエチレン・酢酸ビニル、エチレン ・グリシジルアクリレート、エチレン・メチルメタクリレート、エチレン・無水 マレイン酸、及びエチレン・アクリル酸、及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選 択される共重合体、 の通常乾燥した脆い水分に敏感なフイルム形成性重合体、の混合物からなる生物 分解性熱可塑性フイルム。
- 2.(b)及び(c)の成分を、澱粉系熱可塑性重合体を作るために予め混合す る、請求項1に記載の生物分解性フイルム。
- 3.フイルムが約5〜40重量%の澱粉系熱可塑性重合体を含む、請求項2に記 載の生物分解性フィルム。
- 4.フイルムを周囲温度で延伸して通気性フイルムを形成する、請求項1に記載 の生物分解性フイルム。
- 5.フイルムが、フイルム表面領域を通って実質的に均一に間隔の開いた、フイ ルムの厚みを通る線に沿って、後押出しされ、延伸された複数の領域を有し、前 記延伸した領域は非延伸領域によって分離されており、非延伸領域よりも小さい 厚さを有し、前記延伸した領域は前記フイルムを弱くして、その水不透過性を維 持しながらその分解性を更に向上させている、請求項1に記載の生物分解性フイ ルム。
- 6.オキシアルカノイル熱可塑性重合体が、式:▲数式、化学式、表などがあり ます▼ の反復オキシカプロイル単位を少なくとも10重量%有することを特徴とする、 請求項1に記載の生物分解性フイルム。
- 7.熱可塑性アルカノイル重合体及び澱粉系熱可塑性重合体を押出して形成され たフイルムである、請求項2に記載の生物分解性フイルム。
- 8.おむつ、衛生、医療等の用途に用いるのに心地よく適している水不透過性可 撓性及び織物状性質を有する押出した生物分解性フイルムにおいて、通常丈夫で 堅いフイルム形成性生物分解性アルカノイル熱可塑性重合体で、(a)熱可塑性 ジアルカノイル重合体で、その重合体の少なくとも約10%が、式: ▲数式、化学式、表などがあります▼ (式中、Rは二価の脂肪族炭化水素基を表し、R′は二価の脂肪族炭化水素基及 び二価の脂肪族オキサハイドロカーボン基からなる群からのものを表す。)の反 復ジアルカノイル単位に起因することを特徴とする熱可塑性ジアルカノイル重合 体、及び (b)式: ▲数式、化学式、表などがあります▼ (式中、xは2〜7の値を有する整数である。)の熱可塑性オキシアルカノイル 重合体、からなる群から選択されたアルカノイル熱可塑性重合体、及び破壊澱粉 、及びエチレン・酢酸ビニル、エチレン・グリシジルアクリレート、エチレン・ メチルメタクリレート、エチレン・無水マレイン酸、及びエチレン・アクリル酸 、及びそれらの混合物からなる群から選択される共重合体を含有する通常乾燥し た脆い水分に敏感なフイルム形成性生物分解性の澱粉系熱可塑性重合体、 の混合物からなる生物分解性フイルム。
- 9.フイルムを周囲温度で延伸して形成した通気性フイルムである、請求項8に 記載の生物分解性フイルム。
- 10.フイルムが、フイルム表面領域を横切って実質的に均一に間隔の開いたフ イルムの厚みをる線に沿って、後押出しされ、延伸された複数の領域を有し前記 延伸した領域は非延伸領域によって分離されており、非延伸領域よりも小さい厚 さを有し、前記延伸した領域は前記フイルムを弱くして、その水不透過性を維持 しながらその分解性を更に向上させている、請求項8に記載の生物分解性フイル ム。
- 11.フイルムがそれに凹凸模様が付けられており、複数の延伸した領域が前記 凹凸模様の付いたフイルムの厚みを通って、後エンボスされている、請求項10 に記載の生物分解性フイルム。
- 12.フイルムが約1〜約20ミルの厚さを有する、請求項1に記載の生物分解 性フイルム。
- 13.ジアルカノイル熱可塑性重合体がポリカプロラクトンである、請求項1に 記載の生物分解性フイルム。
- 14.(a)、(b)、及び(c)の成分の混合物を押出してフイルムを形成す ることからなる、請求項1に記載の生物分解性フイルムの製造方法。
- 15.押出したフイルムを交差方向に延伸して通気性のフイルムを形成すること を含む、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 16.交差方向の延伸が周囲温度で行われる、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 17.押出したフイルムを、その表面を横切って実質的に均一に間隔を開けたフ イルムの厚みを通る線に沿って相互に柵状に延伸し、前記延伸した領域が非延伸 領域によって分離され、非延伸領域よりも薄い厚さを有し、前記延伸した領域は 前記フイルムの強度を弱くし、水不透過性を維持しながらその分解性を更に向上 している、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 18.押出したフイルムに更に凹凸模様を付ける工程を含む、請求項14に記載 の方法。
- 19.フイルムが、延伸後、約1〜約10ミルの厚さを有する、請求項15に記 載の方法。
- 20.ジアルカノイル熱可塑性重合体成分がポリカプロラクトンである、請求項 14に記載の方法。
