Abstract
Description
Claims (10)
- 1.粒子の分離、ガス汚染物の吸収またはガス冷却のために、ガスを微細液滴と 接触させる段階と、ガス本流に対して実質的に直角方向の複数の面の中に規則的 に配置されるように、本質的に傘状または本質的に線形カーテン状に微細液滴を 供給する段階と、ガス本流に対して直角の面における速度成分がガス本流に対し て平行または逆方向の速度成分より大となるように、徴細波滴の大部分を供給す る段階とを含む汚染ガスを浄化しまたは熱ガスを冷却する方法において、汚染ガ スの本流方向に直角の方向にガスに対して液の衝撃作用を加える事によりガスを 交互に濃縮し拡張させるように微細液滴を供給する段階を含み、そのため、微細 液滴を供給される隣接面の間においてガス流の実質的平衡化が生じないようにこ れらの隣接面間の垂直距離を調節し、また ガス本流方向に見てすぐ上流の面に供給された液の衝撃作用によりガス流が濃縮 された箇所に対応して下流の面の中に液供給が生じるように、隣接面の中に液供 給を実施する事を特徴とする汚染ガスを浄化しまたは熱ガスを冷却する方法。
- 2.相異なる面に供給され逆方向に流れる液滴間において実質的に相互作用が生 じないように、微細液滴を供給される隣接面間の垂直距離を調節する事を特徴と する請求項1に記載の方法。
- 3.隣接面に供給される液滴の逆方向流れの重なり合い部分において、それぞれ の流れの微細液滴密度がその最大密度の0.01%乃至10%、好ましくは0. 1%乃至10%の範囲内となるような液供給点からの距離の点でそれぞれの流れ の同一密度を生じるように、微細液滴を供給される隣接面間の垂直間隔を調節す る事を特徴とする請求項1または2のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 4.相異なる面に供給される液滴の隣接逆方向流れの主要部分間の相互作用がそ れぞれの液滴供給点の中間区域で生じないように、微細液滴を供給される隣接面 間の垂直間隔を調節する事を特徴とする請求項1または2のいずれかに記載の方 法。
- 5.ガス本流の方向に対して直角の面を中心として対称的に20°、好ましくは 10°の角度範囲内に含まれる方向に微細液滴の主部分を供給する事を特徴とす る請求項1、2、3または4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 6.不平行噴射を成すように隣接面の中に配置されたノズルによって、90°乃 至180°の頂角とガス本流に対して本質的に平行な対称軸線とを有する中空円 錐形に微細液滴の主要部分を供給する事を特徴とする請求項1、2、3または4 のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 7.汚染ガスおよび/または熱ガスの導入口(2)と、浄化されたガスおよび/ または冷却されたガスの排出口(3)と、前記の導入口(2)と排出口(3)と の間においてガスを流す接触区域(4)とを含み、前記接触区域(4)の中にお いて微細液滴を本質的に傘状または線形カーテン状に噴射するための供給手段( 9、9a、9d)を含み、前記供給手段はガスの本流方向(41)に本質的に直 角の複数の面(81−84)において本質的に規則的格子バタンに配置され、そ の際に前記供給手段は、ガス本流に対して直角の面における速度成分がガス本流 に対して平行または逆方向の速度成分より大となるように微細液滴の大部分を供 給し、また前記供給手段は、汚染ガスの本流方向に直角の方向にガスに対して液 の衝撃作用を加える事によりガスを交互に濃縮し拡張させるように微細液滴を供 給するように成された前項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の方法またを実施する装置 において、 供給手段(9、9a、9d)を備えた隣接面(81、82)の間の垂直距離がこ れらの面の間においてガス流の実質的平衡化が生じない程度に小さく、またガス 本流方向に見てすぐ上流の面(81)に供給された液の衝撃作用によりガス流が 濃縮された箇所に対応して下流の面(82)の中に前記供給手段(9、9a、9 d)が配置される事を特徴とする装置。
- 8.隣接面(81、82)間の垂直距離がそれぞれの面の中の隣接格子点または 隣接格子線の間の距離より実質的に小であり、また供給手段(9、9a、9d) を備えた隣接面(81、82)間の垂直距離が1m以下、好ましくは0.6m以 下である事を特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
- 9.前記供給手段(9、9a)は実質的に三角形、四魚形または六角形および好 ましくは等辺図形の格子点バタンに配置された実質的に円形の噴射ノズルであり 、また隣接面(81、82)の中の格子バタンが相互に片寄らされていて、ガス 本流方向に見て下流に位置する面(82)中の格子点がすぐ上流の面(81)の 隣接格子点間の線によって生成される多角形の重心に実質的に対向するように配 置される事を特徴とする請求項7または8のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 10.供給手段は実質的に線形ノズルであって、これらの線形はまっすぐであっ て相互に平行でありまた好ましくは接触部分(4)の断面全体にわたって均一に 分布され、またガス本流方向に見て下流の面(82)の線形がすぐ上流の面(8 1)の中の隣接線形の中間の仮想線に実質的に対向するように、これらの隣接面 (81、82)の線形が相互に片寄らされる事を特徴とする請求項7または8の いずれかに記載の装置。
