Description
Claims (19)
- 1.塩素酸及びアルカリ金属塩素酸塩の少なくとも一種と還元剤としての過酸化 水素を、約30℃〜約100℃の温度及び約0.5〜約12Nの範囲内の酸性度 に保たれた反応媒体中で反応させて二酸化塩素を製造し、それにより二酸化塩素 と酸素を含む混合物を製造する二酸化塩素の製造方法であって、その方法が前記 反応媒体に尿素、ホスホン酸をベースとする錯生成剤、及びこれらの混合物から なる群から選ばれた化合物を添加する工程を含む二酸化塩素の製造方法。
- 2.前記化合物が、前記化合物を添加しない同様の前記方法と較べて、前記方法 中の二酸化塩素製造の速度を増大するのに充分な量で添加される請求の範囲第1 項に記載の方法。
- 3.その化合物が全週酸化水素を基準として0.01〜5重量%の量で反応媒体 中に存在する請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。
- 4.その化合物がジエチレントリアミンペンタ(メチレンホスホン酸)である請 求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。
- 5.その化合物が1−ヒドロキシエチリデン−1,1−ジホスホン酸である請求 の範囲第1項に記載の方法。
- 6.反応媒体が反応中に減圧にかけられる請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。
- 7.前記過酸化水素が塩素酸塩1トン当たり約0.06〜約0.6トンの量で使 用される請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。
- 8.塩素酸塩濃度が反応容器中で約0.25Mから飽和までである請求の範囲第 1項に記載の方法。
- 9.特別に添加されるアルカリ金属塩素酸塩を含まない通常のアルカリ金属塩素 酸塩がその方法で使用される請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。
- 10.追加のアルカリ金属塩化物が添加されて反応容器中で1リットル当たり0 .001〜0.8モルの濃度を得る請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。
- 11.二酸化塩素がアルカリ金属塩素酸塩の実質的な不在下の塩素酸の反応によ り製造される請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。
- 12.二酸化塩素が塩素酸の実質的な不在下のアルカリ金属塩素酸塩の反応によ り製造される請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。
- 13.塩素酸とアルカリ金属塩素酸塩の混合物が反応媒体に供給され、二酸化塩 素が前記混合物中の塩素酸の反応により製造される請求の範囲第1項に記載の方 法。
- 14.反応が塩素酸以外の鉱酸の実質的な不在下で行われる請求の範囲第13項 に記載の方法。
- 15.塩素酸とアルカリ金属塩素酸塩の混合物が反応媒体に供給され、二酸化塩 素が前記混合物中の塩素酸とアルカリ金属塩素酸塩の反応により製造される請求 の範囲第1項に記載の方法。
- 16.鉱酸が反応媒体に添加される請求の範囲第15項に記載の方法。
- 17.前記鉱酸が硫酸である請求の範囲第16項に記載の方法。
- 18.アルカリ金属塩素酸塩の水溶液を電解槽中で電気分解して塩素酸及びアル カリ金属塩素酸塩を含む溶液を得、その溶液を二酸化塩素反応器中の反応帯域に 供給し、尿素、ホスホン酸をベースとする錯生成剤、及びこれらの混合物からな る群から選ばれた化合物の存在下で塩素酸を還元剤としての過酸化水素と反応さ せることにより二酸化塩素を製造し、未反応のアルカリ金属塩素酸塩を反応帯域 から抜取り、そしてそれを電解槽に循環することを特徴とする二酸化塩素の製造 方法。
- 19.鉱酸が反応媒体に添加される請求の範囲第12項に記載の方法。
