Description
Claims (25)
- 1.ギ酸セルローズを主成分とする繊維またはフィルムを生成し得る組成物にお いて、 a)前記組成物は溶液であり、 b)組成物中のギ酸セルローズの濃度は少なくとも8重量%であり、 c)セルローズのギ酸基置換度は20%以上であり、 d)組成物は、アルキルスルフォキシド、ラクタム、非環式アミド、尿素の環式 誘導体から成るグループから選定される単数または複数の化合物を溶媒として含 有する事を特徴とする組成物。
- 2.水および/またはアルコールの含有量が単数または複数の溶媒の10重量% 以下である事を特徴とする請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 3.セルローズのギ酸基置換度が30%以上である事を特徴とする請求項1また は2のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 4.ギ酸セルローズにおけるセルローズの重合度(DP)が少なくとも500に 等しい事を特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 5.アルカリ金属ハロゲン化物、アルカリ土類金属ハロゲン化物、テトラアルキ ルアンモニウムハロゲン化物から成るグループから選定される単数または複数の 化合物を含有する事を特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 6.ギ酸セルローズの濃度が少なくとも18%に等しい事を特徴とする請求項1 乃至5のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 7.塩化カルシウムおよび/または塩化リチウムを含有する事を特徴とする請求 項5または6のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 8.ギ酸セルローズの濃度が少なくとも20%に等しい事を特徴とする請求項6 または7のいずれかに記載の組成物。
- 9.DPが少なくとも600に等しい事を特徴とする請求項4乃至8のいずれか に記載の組成物。
- 10.再生セルローズの繊維またはフィルムを製造する方法において、 a)溶液が休止状態において等方性であるような温度で、請求項1乃至9のいず れかに記載の組成物を繊維またはフィルム状の液状押出物に変形する段階と、b )前記液状押出物を凝固させる段階と、c)このようにして得られた繊維または フィルムのセルローズを再生する段階と、 d)このようにして再生された繊維またはフィルムを洗浄し乾燥する段階とを含 む事を特徴とする方法。
- 11.湿潤技術によって繊維を得るために実施される事を特徴とする請求項10 に記載の方法。
- 12.非凝固性流体層を使用する技術によって繊維を製造するために実施される 事を特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。
- 13.前記の層は空気層である事を特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。
- 14.請求項4乃至9のいずれかに記載の組成物を使用する事を特徴とする請求 項10乃至13のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 15.再生セルローズ繊維において、 a)セルローズのギ酸基置換度が3%以下であり、b)繊維は、それぞれ横断面 において外周から中心まで実際上連続した組織形状を有するフィラメントから成 り、 c)コンディショニングされた繊維の機桟的特性は下記のとおりであり、 T≧10cN/tex;Mi≧500cN/teX;AR>5% ここに、Tは靱性、Miは初モジュラス、またARは破断伸びとする事を特徴と する再生セルローズ繊維。
- 16.ギ酸基置換度が2%以下であること、AR≧8%であることという特性を 少なくとも一つ有することを特徴とする請求項15に記載の繊維。
- 17.セルローズの重合度(DP)が少なくとも500に等しい事を特徴とする 請求項15または16のいずれかに記載の繊維。
- 18.Tが少なくとも40cN/texに等しいこと、Miが少なくとも100 0cN/texに等しいことという特性を少なくとも一つ有することを特徴とす る請求項15乃至17のいずれかに記載の繊維。
- 19.DPが少なくとも600に等しい事を特徴とする請求項17または18の いずれかに記載の繊維。
- 20.Tが少なくとも50cN/texに等しいこと、Miが少なくとも150 0cN/texに等しいことという特性を少くとも一つ有することを特徴とする 請求項18乃至19のいずれかに記載の繊維。
- 21.請求項10乃至14のいずれかに記載の方法によって得られた繊維。
- 22.請求項10に記載の方法によって得られたフイルム。
- 23.請求項15乃至22のいずれかに記載の少なくとも一種の繊維および/ま たはフィルムを含む組立体。
- 24.請求項15乃至22のいずれかによる少なくとも一種の繊維および/また はフィルム、および/あるいは請求項23による少なくとも一種の組立体によっ て強化された製品。
- 25.タイヤ外皮である事を特徴とする請求項24に記載の製品。
