Abstract
Description
Claims (14)
- 1.生物医学用途のための、特に生物医学的移植における使用のための新規のコ ーティング材料であって、それが主にゲルー誘導チタニウムーベース材料を含ん で成り、その材料がインビトロ条件下、例えば、模擬体液中及び/又はインビボ 条件下で、その表面上にリン酸カルシウム形成を誘導することができることを特 徴とするコーティング材料。
- 2.ゲルー誘導コーティング材料が高められた温度において処理されることを特 徴とする請求項1に記載のコーティング材料。
- 3.イオン又は酸化物のいずれかとしての以下の元素:Ca、P、Si、Na、 K、B、Mg又はAl、の中の1以上を、添加物としてさらに含んで成ることを 特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のコーティング材料。
- 4.生物医学的移植における使用のためのコーティング材料の製造方法であって 、ゲルー誘導チタニウムーベース・コーティングがゾルーゲル法に従って形成さ れることを特徴とする方法。
- 5.生物医学的移植における使用のためのコーティング材料の製造方法であって 、ゲルー誘導チタニウムーベース・コーティングがガルバー二法に従って形成さ れることを特徴とする方法。
- 6.方法が、チタニウムが陽極及び陰極として使用されるところのヒドロキシド 溶液中で行われることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 7.以下の酸化物:CaO、P2O5、Na2O、SiO2、K2O、Al2O 3、MgO又はB2O3の中の1以上を方法に添加することを特徴とする、請求 項4、5又は6に記載の方法。
- 8.支持体及びその上の骨−結合コーティング材料を含んで成る生物医学的使用 のための移植物であって、そのコーティング材料がゲルー誘導チタニウムーベー ス・コーティング材料であることを特徴とする移植物。
- 9.支持体が歯、股関節部又は他の関節移植物あるいは他の生物医学的移植物支 持体であることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の移植物。
- 10.支持体がポリマー、金属、セラミック、炭素の支持体又はそれらの成分の 中の1以上を含んで成るコンポジット支持体であることを特徴とする、請求項8 に記載の移植物。
- 11.支持体がチタニウム又はチタニウム合金であることを特徴とする、請求項 10に記載の移植物。
- 12.コーティング材料が、イオン又は酸化物のいずれかとしての以下の元素: Ca、P、Si、Na、K、B、Mg又はAl、の中の1以上をさらに含んで成 ることを特徴とする、請求項8〜11のいずれか1項に記載の移植物。
- 13.支持体及びその上の骨−結合アパタイト層を含んで成る生物医学的使用の ための移植物であって、そのアパタイト層がインビトロ溶液、好ましくはSBF 溶液中でゲルー誘導チタニウム・コーティング上に成長していることを特徴とす る移植物。
- 14.支持体及びその上の骨−結合層を含んで成る生物医学的使用のための移植 物であって、その骨−結合層が本質的にゲルー誘導チタニウムとアパタイトとの 混合物であり、そのアパタイト成分がインビトロ溶液、好ましくはSBF溶液中 でゲルー誘導チタニウム・コーティング上に成長していることを特徴とする移植 物。
