Abstract
Description
Claims (17)
- 1.油圧式アクチュエータに用いるための複合シリンダーであって、 1)長手方向の軸線を有しまた a)内側及び外側の表面と第1及び第2の端部とを区画形成する本体と、 b)前記各端部に近接してドーム形状とされた前記外側表面とを有する円筒状ラ イナーと、 2)前記外側表面上に前記ドーム形状の部分にわたって巻かれた樹脂の含浸され た複数の層であって、該層の少なくとも2つが前記軸線に対しある角度をもって らせん状に巻かれ、アクチュエータの作動中に加えられた半径方向の応力が前記 ドーム形状の部分上の前記らせん状に巻かれたフィラメントを変位させることが ないようにする、樹脂含浸のカーボンフィラメントの複数の層、とを具備してい る油圧式アクチュエータに用いる複合シリンダー。
- 2.前記らせん状に巻かれたフィラメントが巻かれる角度が、前記層が前記軸線 からさらに遠く変位されるにつれて減少する請求項1に記載の複合シリンダー。
- 3.前記らせん状に巻かれたフィラメントが前記ドーム形状部分に測地線式に配 置されている請求項2に記載の複合シリンダー。
- 4.前記複数の層の全てが連続したフィラメントで巻かれる請求項3に記載の複 合シリンダー。
- 5.フィラメントの前記層が前記らせん状に巻かれた層と共に配置された輪状の 巻かれた層を含んでいる請求項4に記載の複合シリンダー。
- 6.前記ライナーが、中心の筒体部材と前記ドーム形状の表面を有する第1及び 第2のねじ付きの端部取付け具とを含んでいる請求項1に記載の複合シリンダー 。
- 7.前記中心筒体部材と前記端部取付け具とが別体で金属である請求項6に記載 の複合シリンダー。
- 8.前記らせん状に巻かれたフィラメントが巻かれる角度が、前記層が前記軸線 から遠くに変位されるにつれて減少する請求項7に記載の複合シリンダー。
- 9.前記らせん状に巻かれたフィラメントが前記ドーム形状の部分上に測地線状 に配置されている請求項8に記載の複合シリンダー。
- 10.前記複数の層の全てが連続したフィラメントで巻かれている請求項9に記 載の複合シリンダー。
- 11.前記フィラメントの属が前記らせん状に巻かれた層と共に配された輪状の 巻かれた層を含んでいる請求項10に記載の複合シリンダー。
- 12.前記中心筒体部材と前記端部取付け具が別体がありかつ前記中心筒体部材 が非金属である請求項6に記載の複合シリンダー。
- 13.前記らせん状に巻かれたフィラメントが巻かれる角皮が、前記層が前記軸 線から遠く変位されるにつれて減少する請求項12に記載の複合シリンダー。
- 14.前記らせん状に巻かれたフィラメントが前記ドーム形状の部分に測地線状 に配置されている請求項13に記載の複合シリンダー。
- 15.前記複数の層の全てが連続したフィラメントと共に巻かれている請求項1 4に記載の複合シリンダー。
- 16.前記フィラメントの層が前記らせん状に巻かれた層と共に配された輪状の 巻かれた層を含んでいる請求項15に記載の複合シリンダー。
- 17.前記ドームの頂点が前記ライナーの大きな半径を区画形成し、前記ドーム と端部との間の前記外側表面が前記ライナーの小さな半径を区画形成し、前記ラ イナーの一端における前記らせん状に巻かれたフィラメントの巻きつけ開始時の 前記角度が、W=sin−1(r/R) ここでW=巻きつけ角度 r=小半径 R=大半径 なる式によって決定される請求項1に記載の複合シリンダー。
