Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.弁において、 (a)入口を有するハウジングと、 (b)前記ハウジングの入口を取囲むように設けられた升座と、 (c)弁部材を有し、かつ前記弁座上に前記弁部材が密着するように予圧を与え られた接極子とが備えられ、更に (d)少なくとも第1の磁気ギャップが形成されるように、前記接極子から間隔 をおいて配置された少なくとも第1の極部材を有する固定子が備えられ、前記固 定子と、接極子と、第1磁気ギャップとが、磁気回路の少なくとも最初の部分を 形成しており、更に (e)前記第1磁極部材を取囲む電気式に動作するソレノイドコイルが備えられ ており、前記ソレノイドコイルが、励磁された場合、磁束線を先ず前記磁気回路 の外皮に、次いで全体に発生させ、この磁気回路が前記接極子を前記第1磁極部 材の方へ前記磁気ギャップを横切って移動させるように働き、それにより前記弁 部材が前記弁座から移動し、更に(f)磁気回路の前記第1部分に、この第1部 分の外皮面積を増大させる手段が設けられており、この手段が1組のスロットか ら成り、これらのスロットが、ソレノイドコイルの励磁時に磁気ギャップヘの磁 路に沿って発生する磁束線の方向に延びており、それによって、ソレノイドコイ ルに電流が発生する過渡時間の間、大きい過渡磁力が発生せしめられることを特 徴とする弁。 2.磁気回路の第1部分が第1と第2の対向側を有し、前記1組のスロットが前 記第1部分の第1の側に設けられ、更に第2の組の各スロットが、第2の対向側 に、それも第1組の各スロットの間に、磁気ギャップヘの磁路上には存在しない 磁束線の方向に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の弁。 3.前記スロットが、磁気ギャップヘの磁路に沿った磁束線の方向で、磁気回路 の第1部分の一方の側に設けられた波形面によって形成されていることを特徴と する、請求項1記載の弁。 4.第2の波形面が、第1の波形面の反対側に、それも、磁気回路第1部分の第 1波形面の間に、磁気ギャップヘの磁路外の磁束線の方向で設けられていること を特徴とする、請求項3記載の弁。 5.固定子が円筒形の外側及び内側の磁極を有し、これらの磁極が、接極子から 間隔をおいて半径方向端壁に設けられ、それにより内側と外側の半径方向ギャッ プが形成され、更に、前記スロットが、前記円筒形の外側磁極部材の内表面の所 定位置に、外側磁気キャップヘの磁路に沿って縦方向に設けられていることを特 徴とする、請求項1記載の弁。 5.円筒形の外側及び内側の磁極が所定半径方向間隔で半径方向端壁に設けられ 、それにより、電気式に作動するソレノイドコイルが、外側と内側の磁極の間に 配置され、内側磁極を取囲むようにされることを特徴とする、請求項5記載の弁 。 7.第2組のスロットが円筒形内側磁極の外表面の所定位置に、内側磁気ギャッ プヘの磁路に沿って縦方向に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項6記載の 弁。 8.第3及第4のスロットが、それぞれ半径方向端壁と接極子との所定位置に、 それぞれ外側及び内側磁極の第1及び第2の組のスロットの間の磁路と、スロッ トと一直線上の磁路とに沿って半径方向に設けられ、それにより、外側及び内側 の磁気ギャップを通る磁路に沿って連続的なスロットが得られることを特赦とす る、請求項7記載の弁。 9.第5組の各スロットが、円筒形の前記外側磁極の外表面上の所定位置に、前 記外側磁極の内表面の第1組の各スロットの間に設けられ、それにより、ソレノ イドコイルの励磁のさいに磁気回路内に発生する磁束線に対して直角に流れる渦 電流用の、より一層曲りくねった通路が得られることを特徴とする、請求項8記 載の弁。 l0.第1の組のスロットが外側磁気ギャップの幅と同等の深さを有し、この結 果、増加した磁束線のすべてが外側磁気ギャップを横切る方向へ向けられ、この 磁気ギャップ内で前記磁束線が磁力に変換されることを特徴とする、請求項9記 載の弁。 11.第6の組の各スロットが、円筒形の内側磁極の内表面に、内側磁極の外表 面の第2組の各スロットの間に設けられ、その結果、ソレノイドコイルの励磁の さいに磁気回路内に生じる磁束線と直角方向に流れる渦電流用の、一層曲がりく ねった通路が得られることを特徴とする、請求項10記載の弁。 12.弁であって、入口と、出口と、前記ボート間の流れ通路と、前記ボート間 の流れを制御する弁手段と、この弁手段を操作するソレノイドと、接極子とが備 えられ、前記ソレノイドが固定子を形成する導磁性材料から成る磁気回路を有し 、前記固定子が関連電気コイルを備え、更に前記接極子が前記弁手段と操作接続 され、前記コイルの励磁と遮断とに応じて前記弁手段を操作する形式のものにお いて、前記導磁性材料が1組のスロットを有しており、これらスロットが、コイ ルの励磁時に磁気回路内に発化する磁束線の方向に延びており、更にこれらスロ ットが、導磁性材料の外表面に設けられ、前記固定子を前記接極子から分離する 作業ギャップから縦方向に延びていることを特徴とする弁。 13.前記スロットが直線状であり、弁の縦軸線を中心に縦軸線を取囲む一様な パターンで設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項12記載の弁。 14.前記スロットが前記固定子に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1 3記載の弁。
