Description
Claims (11)
- 1.燃焼ガス化チャンバであって前記チャンバにおける燃焼ガス化処理を維持す るため前記チャンバへ流体や固体粒子を供給するための1以上の孔あき管を備え るチャンバを有する燃焼ガス化プラント用の供給装置において、煙道ガス、特に 、灰及びスラグを多く含む燃料の場合の煙道ガスの最適化の際に、前記供給装置 に堆積する堆積物による阻喜を最少化する方法であって、前記処理における放出 レベルを変えるために前記管の外面からスラグその他のダスト堆積物を除去しか つ前記管を介して供給される流体の流れを制御するため前記管を長時間あるいは 短時間前記千ャンバに対して抜き差しすることを含む最少化方法において、 前記管を軸方向に抜き差しする際に前記管を掃除することを特徴とする方法。
- 2.請求項1の方法であって、前記チャンバ内に前記管を複数異なる高さ位置に 設け、1又はそれ以上の管を同時に抜き出し、前記抜き出された管による供給流 体の減少を1又はそれ以上の残りの管によって補償して燃焼ガス化処理を連続的 に維持することを特徴とする方法。
- 3.請求項2の方法であって、温度、圧力、流れ、存在する煙道ガス成分等に関 する種々の送信機から送信される信号を用いて、掃除作業の開始を決定すること を含んでなる方法。
- 4.請求項3の方法であって、前記出力信号により流体及び固体粒子の前記管へ の供給をそれぞれ調節し、前記供給は選択的に、直線方向に、あるいは異なる別 個の角方向に断続的に行われることを特徴とする方法。
- 5.請求項1の方法であって、管の外表面の温度を下げるために冷却流体を与え てスラグその他のダスト堆積物の除去作業を容易にすることを特徴とする方法。
- 6.請求項5の方法であって、堆積物除去作業の前、又は除去作業の際に、水、 液体窒素又は同様な物質を使用して前記管を急速に冷却して管上に堆積した堆積 物にひび割れを生じさせて堆積物を緩めることを特徴とする方法。
- 7.燃焼ガス化チャンバであって前記チャンバにおける燃焼ガス化処理を維持す るため前記チャンバへ流体や固体粒子を供給するための1以上の孔あき菅(13 )を備えるチャンバ(4)を有し、煙道ガス、特に、灰及びスラグを多く含む燃 料の場合の煙道ガスを最適化するための燃焼ガス化プラント用の供給装置におい て、前記処理における放出レベルを変化させるために前記管上の煤煙その他の堆 積物を除去するため前記管を前記チャンバに対して抜き差し自在に設け、前記管 の軸方向の抜き差し移動の際に前記管を掃除する手段(15、16、17;20 、21)を設けたことを特徴とする装置。
- 8.請求項7の装置であって、前記チャンバ(4)への流体の流れを調節する手 段であって、同一あるいは異なる流体又は固体粒子を異なる流量でかつ異なる角 度(14)で前記チャンバの異なる燃焼ゾーンに供給可能な手段を含んでなり、 前記管(13)は、前記流体又は固体粒子を収集する1又はそれ以上の収集箱( 11;11′)にフレキシブルチューブ(12;12′)を介して接続され又は 接続可能に設けられ、前記管は好ましくは前記管に接続されるクイックカップリ ング(23)を備え、かつ、前記収集箱(11、11′)の間に設けた接続チュ ーブ(40;42)を備え、かつまた前記接続チューブ(40;42)に設けた バルブ(41;43)を備えることを特徴とする装置。
- 9.請求項7又は8の装置であって、前記管を前記チャンバ(4)に対して前記 管の軸方向に抜き差しするための駆動装置(15、16、17)を設け、前記駆 動装置は、対向離間して設けられ前記管の外面に係合する駆動ローラ(15)を 有し、前記ローラはベルト(16)を介してモータ(17)によって駆動される ことを特徴とする装置。
- 10.請求項7乃至9のいずれかに記載の装置であって、冷却流体を供給するた め前記管(13;13′)と同心円上に配設された別個の管(45)を設け、前 記冷却流体は前記孔あき管を介して供給される流体と同一であることを特徴とす る装置。
- 11.位置が実際の運転条件に依存する多数の穴に一時に挿入される複数の管を 介して流体を燃焼ガス化チャンバ(4)に供給する請求項9の装置において、前 記駆動装置(15、16、17)は前記燃焼ガス化チャンバ(4)外側に設けた ガイド装置あるいは同等物と協働し、適宜送信機からの出力信号が前記チャンバ 内の燃焼ガス化処理を連続的に維持するために前記駆動装置の助勢によって前記 管の抜き差し及び前記異なる穴への移動を開始させることを特徴とする装置。
