Claims (10)
- 1.作動することによってピストンの向きを、したがって、変速比を制御する油 圧ピストン・シリンダ・ユニットにローラ・キャリッジが連結されているトロイ ダル・レース回転牽引型の運続可変変速比変速装置における、あるいは該変速装 置用のローラ制御ユニットであって、該制御ユニットが固定支持構造に取り付け られたシリンダと、ピストンと、該ピストンと関連するローラのキャリッジの間 の接続部とを備えており、該制御ユニットにおいて、ピストンのシリンダ内での 連動が制約されて、シリングとピストンの軸線が常に一致するようになっており 、ピストンおよびローラ・キャリッジがピストン本体内に配置されたピボット・ ジョイントによって連結されているローラ制御ユニットにおいて、ピストンが複 動型であり、ピストンとシリンダの間の接触軌跡がローラ・キャリッジが固定支 持構造と接触を行う唯一の軌跡を構成することを特徴とする前記ローラ制御ユニ ット。
- 2.ピボット・ジョイントがポール・ジョイントであることを特徴とする、請求 の範囲第1項に記載のローラ制御ユニット。
- 3.ピストンがキャリッジが結合される中央部材と、小直径の軸方向端部と中央 部材が嵌合する大直径の中央領域を有する包囲チューブ状スリーブとを具備して いることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第1項に記載のローラ制御ユニット。
- 4.スリーブが中央部材を中心とするリング状間隙によって分離された2つの部 分からなっており、間隙がピストンとシリンダの間の摺動シールを行うピストン リングに適合していることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第3項に記載のローラ制御 ユニット。
- 5.スリーブの2つの軸方向端部がそれぞれシリンダの2つの端部壁に形成され た対応するキャビティ内の摺動シールを貫通しており、スリーブの中央部分がシ リンダ本体内で摺動ずるときに、スリーブの端部がこれらのキャビティ内で摺動 するようになっていることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第3項に記載のローラ制御 ユニット。
- 6.案内手段がスリーブ端部とシリンダ端部壁キャビティの間に間挿されており 、ピストンにかかる側圧を阻止し、ピストンとシリンダの軸線が常に一致するこ とを援助することを特徴とする、請求の範囲第5項に記載のローラ制御ユニット 。
- 7.スリーブ端部とシリンダ端部壁キャビティの間の案内手段が、同じ位置に設 けられている摺動シールから分離していることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第6項 に記載のローラ制御ユニット。
- 8.チューブ状スリーブの中空な内部がピストンの中央部材に関するローラ・キ ャリッジのピボット運動に適合するのに必要な間隙をもたらすことを特徴とする 、請求の範囲第3項に記載のローラ制御ユニット。
- 9.ローラ・キャリッジの一部に潤滑剤の供給のための内部ポアが形成されてお り、該ポアの一端がローラと連通しており、他端がスリーブのポアによって潤滑 剤源と連通していることを特徴とする、請求の範囲第3項に記載のローラ制御ユ ニット。
- 10.請求の範囲第1項に記載のローラ制御ユニットを含んでいるトロイダル・ レース回転牽引型のCVT。
