【考案の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】本考案は、上下水道管の埋設工事
等で掘削した土壁部分の土留工事に用いる土留支保具に
関するものである。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】従来、この種の支保具として実公昭５８
−２８０２７号公報に掲載されたものが存在する。この
支保具の構造は、図５に示すように鉄板２の長手方向の
両端縁に沿って支柱３を固定し、長手方向に屈曲鉄板
４，５を上下に固定すると共に支柱３の上端に連結片８
を固定して固定されるシーティングプレート１と切梁１
６とを備えた構成で、支柱３の下端に、先鋭部１４を形
成したカッティングシュー１３を取付けたものである。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】本考案の課題は、前記
従来の土留用支保具のように、カッティングシューを用
いる必要がなく、かつ、バックホーによる掘削幅を広く
できる最下段用のシーティングプレートを提供すること
にある。

【課題を解決するための手段】本考案の手段は次のとお
りである。
【０００５】鉄板の左右両端縁に支柱を固定し立設し、
支柱の上端に上位の支柱との接続金具を挿着し、かつ支
柱の下端には正面から後面に向って先端が尖鋭の傾斜面
を形成し、前記鉄板の上下に屈曲鉄板を固着し、下側屈
曲鉄板の高さを上側屈曲鉄板より低くすると共に、上下
屈曲鉄板間の凹部を覆う当て板を施したシーティングプ
レートから成る土留用支保具。

【作用】支柱の下方の傾斜面とその尖鋭端によりカッテ
ィングシューは不用で、シーティングプレートは円滑に
土中に押込みできる。

【実施例】図１乃至図４において、５０はシーティング
プレートで鉄板５１の左右に支柱５２，５３を立設す
る。又両支柱の間に上下には、傾斜面ａを形成した屈曲
鉄板５７，５８を固着する。下側屈曲鉄板５８は上側屈
曲鉄板５７より高さを低くし、両屈曲鉄板間に凹部５９
を形成し、この凹部を覆う当て板６０を両屈曲鉄板５
７，５８間に溶着させる。更に各支柱５２，５３の上端
に接続金具５４を挿込み、下端は正面から後面に向って
傾斜面５５を形成し、その下端を尖鋭端５６となす。

【効果】本考案によればカッティングシューを用いるこ
となく、シーティングプレートを容易に土中に埋込むこ
とができ作業能率は向上する。又支柱下端の傾斜面及び
下側屈曲鉄板の高さを低くして当て板６０で凹部５９を
覆うことによって全体を幅広く掘削することができる。

  1. 【請求項１】 鉄板の左右両端縁に支柱を固定し立設
    し、支柱の上端に上位の支柱との接続金具を挿着し、か
    つ支柱の下端には正面から後面に向って先端が尖鋭の傾
    斜面を形成し、前記鉄板の上下に屈曲鉄板を固着し、下
    側屈曲鉄板の高さを上側屈曲鉄板より低くすると共に、
    上下屈曲鉄板間の凹部を覆う当て板を施したシーティン
    グプレートから成る土留用支保具。
