It is fixed to the valve rod 4 which is rotatably supported by both axial support parts 3A and 3B and is liquid-tightly or airtightly, and is rotated in the valve opening direction by the forward fluid pressure (arrow X1 in FIG. 5) in the valve box 2. (Counterclockwise in Fig. 5) and reverse fluid pressure (arrow X2 in Fig. 5)
By the rotation in the valve closing direction (clockwise in FIG. 5), the elastic seat portion 1A of the valve body 1 is brought into contact with the elastic seat portion 2A of the valve box 2 to open and close.

The surface is made of an elastic material 8 made of, for example, natural rubber and covered with an adhesive. Therefore, when the valve body 1 rotates in the valve opening direction due to the forward fluid pressure in the valve box 2, the base material of the stopper 5A on the valve body 1 side
The elastic material 8 that covers the surface of 7A collides with the elastic material 8 that covers the surface of the base material 7A in the stopper 5A on the valve box 2 side, and the impact at the time of collision impacts both elastic materials 8,8. The elasticity is used for absorption and relaxation, and the maximum opening of the valve body 1 is set.

Due to the few collisions, as shown in FIG.
Since cracks will occur in the elastic material and damage the elastic material coated stoppers 5A, 5B, corrosive fluid will invade from there and corrode the metallic base materials 7A, 7B, which will be a factor that shortens the life of the check valve. ing.

The degree of restraint of elastic deformation is high on the cylindrical or prismatic portion 8A side, and gradually decreases toward the front surface side. The cylindrical or prismatic central exposed portion 8B (the right-down diagonally shaded portion) and the outer periphery of the central exposed portion 8B. Since the structure has the outer peripheral exposed portion 8C (the left-down diagonally shaded portion) which is located at the same height level and is not constrained by elastic deformation, a high load is applied to the elastic member 8 due to the collision, and the imaginary line is present here. When the elastic deformation as shown occurs, the elastic deformation amount of the outer peripheral exposed portion 8C and the central exposed portion
A relatively large difference occurs in the elastic deformation amount of 8B, particularly on the cylindrical or prismatic portion 8A side, and a large tensile load is applied to the thin boundary C between the outer peripheral exposed portion 8C and the central exposed portion 8B. It is thought to be from.

A non-return check in which elastic material coated stoppers that reduce the impact when the valve body collides with the valve box and set the maximum opening of the valve body are projected from the valve body side and the valve box side toward the other side. In the valve, at least one of the stoppers is a base material that projects from either the valve body side or the valve box side to form a recess on the surface facing the other side, and the surface of the base material is adhesively coated and the recess The corresponding part is made of elastic material that protrudes thickly toward the other side. Since it gradually decreases toward the front surface side, the difference in elastic deformation amount between the thick-walled protrusion and the other portion is limited to a small value at the boundary. Therefore, a small shear load is applied to the boundary between the thick protrusion and the other portion. Moreover, since the boundary of a large area intersecting the axial direction of the stopper corresponds to the small shear load, cracks are not generated by the shear load.

Moreover, since the elastic deformation of the elastic material on the base material side can be released in the radial outward direction along the arc of the convex lens shape, the stress of the elastic material does not locally increase, and therefore the elastic material is damaged by the occurrence of cracks. され、逆止弁の延命化を達成できる。That is, in the stopper for a check valve according to claim (1), a heavy load due to a collision is applied to the thick-walled projecting portion, so that the main elastic deformation occurs, so that the thick-walled protrusion is formed. Since the degree of restraint of elastic deformation of the protrusion is high on the concave side and gradually decreases toward the front side, the difference in elastic deformation between the thick protrusion and other portions is limited to a small value at the boundary. Therefore, a small shear load is applied to the boundary between the thick protrusion and the other portion. Moreover, since the boundary of a large area intersecting the axial direction of the stopper corresponds to the small shear load, cracks are not generated by the shear load. That is, since the elastic material is not damaged by the generation of cracks, the corrosion of the base material due to the invasion of the corrosive fluid is reliably prevented, and the life of the check valve can be extended.

Since the elastic deformation constraint of is higher on the base material side and gradually lowers on the surface side, the relative movement amount at the boundary between the convex lens-shaped elastic material and the base material, that is, the relative displacement amount between the adhesive surfaces by the adhesive material Is small and limited. Moreover, since the elastic deformation of the elastic material on the base material side can be released in the radial outward direction along the arc of the convex lens shape, the stress of the elastic material does not locally increase, and therefore the elastic material is damaged by cracks. Therefore, the corrosion of the base material due to the invasion of the corrosive fluid is reliably prevented, and the life of the check valve can be extended.

パー。1. A valve body is fixed to a valve rod which is rotatably supported on both sides of a valve box and is liquid-tightly or air-tightly supported, and reverses rotation in a valve opening direction due to forward fluid pressure in the valve box. The seat part of the valve body separates from and opens the seat part of the valve box by the rotation in the valve closing direction due to the directional fluid pressure, and the shock when the valve body to be opened collides with the valve box, and In a check valve in which elastic material-coated stoppers that set the maximum opening of the valve element are projected from the valve element side and the valve box side toward the other side, at least one of the stoppers is the valve element side and the valve box side. Of the base material that has a recess formed in the surface facing the other side by projecting from either of the above, and the elasticity of the base material that is adhesively coated on the surface of the base material and the portion corresponding to the recess protrudes toward the other side in a thick-walled shape A check valve stopper characterized by being formed of a material.
