Description
【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は図表管理方式に関し、特に図表等を作成する機
能を有するワードプロセッサにおける図表管理方式に関
する。

は、図表とテキストとの両者によって一つの文書を作成
する場合が多い。このような場合には、図表中の記載情
報と説明テキストとの整合性を良くして文書の理解度を

情報とを人間が照合しながら文書を作成していた。

上述した従来の図表管理方式は、テキストと図表とが別
ページにある場合には、文書作成者がついうっかりして
図表中のキーワードの説明をテキスト中に入れるのを忘
れてしまい、さらに、チェックを忘れたりすると、テキ
スト文章として説明されていない図表中のキーワードが
生じてしまうという問題点があった。

本発明の目的は、文書作成において、テキストの記載情
報と図表の中の記載情報との論理的整合性を管理するこ
とができる図表管理方式を提供することにある。

等に出力する。文書作成者は文書作成画面等に出力され
たキーワードにより図表又はテキストを修正して、図表
中の記載情報と説明テキストとの整合性の良い文書を作
成することができる。

以上説明したように、本発明は、図表中の例えば、図の
番号，ブロックの名称及びその他の文字データ等の文字
キーワードの内、対応するテキスト中にそれらが出現し
ていないときにその情報を文書作成画面を通して文書作
成者に提示することができるので、文書作成者はテキス
ト中で本来特記してそれについての説明をすべきなのに
引用して説明を行っていない文字キーワードを容易に知
ることができるなど、文書作成において、テキストの記
載情報と図表の中の記載情報との論理的整合性を管理す
ることができるという効果を有する。

ていないときにその情報を文書作成画面を通して文書作
成者に提示することができるので、文書作成者はテキス
ト中で本来特記してそれについての説明をすべきなのに

ることができるなど、文書作成において、テキストの記
載情報と図表の中の記載情報との論理的整合性を管理す
ることができるという効果を有する。

- 【請求項１】図表を含む文章を作成する機能を有するワ
ードプロセッサの図表管理方式において、図表中の文字
キーワードが前記図表に対応するテキスト中に出現して
いるか否かをチェックする論理整合手段を有することを
