Abstract
(57)【要約】
【目的】 吊り下げ収納したハケ体の下端の毛部の植設
方向がほぼ鉛直下向き方向となり、吊り下げ高さ若しく
は溶液の液面高さを調整すれば、先端植設部はほとんど
液浸させずに毛部のみを液浸させることができ、無用に
先端植設部を汚したり、腐らせたり、傷めたりすること
がないハケ収納容器を提供すること。 【構成】 容体bにハケ体aの柄部３先端部を係止する吊
下用棒体５をほぼ水平状態に架設し、吊下用棒体５下方
の吊下用棒体５と段違い平行位置に、規制用棒体６をほ
ぼ水平状態に架設し、この規制用棒体６の架設位置を吊
り下げたハケ体aの柄部３が当接し、毛部２の植設方向
がほぼ鉛直下向き方向に規制せしめる位置に設定したも
のである。

Description
【０００１】
本考案は、ハケを吊り下げ収納するハケ収納容器に関するものである。
【０００２】
一般に塗装用のハケは、使用後単に放置しておくと毛部に付着している塗料が 固まり、再使用に際してはこの塗料を溶かしてから使用しなければならず、やっ かいであるため、そのまま塗料液に浸けたままとしておくか、あるいはシンナー など塗料を固まらせない液あるいは水などに浸けて収納することが必要である。 そこで、従来、例えば塗料液を入れた容器を収納容器として使用し、使用後も そのままハケの毛部が塗料液に浸かるようにハケを収納する。
【０００３】 この際、従来できるだけハケの毛部のみが塗料液に浸かるように、ハケを容器 上部から容器内に吊り下げて収納している。
【０００４】 しかしながら、ハケは一般に使い易いように毛部の植設方向に対して斜設状態 に柄部が設けられている為、吊り下げると毛部は傾斜し、毛部が全部浸かるよう にすると毛部の基部の先端植設部も塗料に浸かり、先端植設部が汚れ、シンナー 液の液浸に際しても同様に汚れ、また水浸に対しては一般に木製である先端植設 部がくさり傷み易い欠点を有していた。
【０００５】 本考案は、このような欠点を解決したハケ収納容器を提供するものである。

添付図面を参照して本考案の要旨を説明する。
【０００７】 先端植設部１に設けた毛部２の植設方向に対して斜設状態に柄部３を先端植設 部１に設けたハケ体aを吊り下げ、毛部２を容体b内の塗料液、若しくはシンナー 液、若しくは水などの溶液４中に液浸せしめるハケ収納容器において、容体bに 前記ハケ体aの柄部３先端部を係止する吊下用棒体５をほぼ水平状態に架設し、 前記吊下用棒体５下方の吊下用棒体５と段違い平行位置に規制用棒体６をほぼ水 平状態に架設し、この規制用棒体６の架設位置を、吊り下げた前記ハケ体aの柄 部３が当接し、毛部２の植設方向がほぼ鉛直下向き方向に規制せしめる位置に設 定したことを特徴とするハケ収納容器に係るものである。

吊下用棒体５に吊り下げたハケ体aは、吊り下げ方向が規制用棒体６により傾 斜状態に規制され、下端の毛部２の植設方向がほぼ鉛直下向き方向となり、吊り 下げ高さ若しくは溶液４の液面高さを調整すれば、先端植設部はほとんど液浸さ せずに毛部２のみを液浸させることができることとなる。

本実施例はハケ体aの柄部３先端部に形成されている掛穴７に挿通してハケ体a を吊り下げる棒杆状の吊下用棒体５を塗料液４入りの容体bの対向内壁面に水平 状態に架設している。
【００１０】 本実施例では、この吊下用棒体５を対向内壁面の上部に対向状態に向けたＵ字 フック金具８に取り外し自在に架設している。
【００１１】 規制用棒体６は、この吊下用棒体５の下方の段違い平行位置であって、柄部３ の先端植設部１に近い先端部に当接する位置の容体b対向内壁面に架設し、図示 したように毛部２の植設方向が鉛直下向きに規制される位置に設けている。
【００１２】 図中符号９は蓋、１0は取手である。
【００１３】 また、サイズ(柄部３は毛部２の植設方向に対する傾斜度)の異なるハケ体aに 適用する為、吊下用棒体５の位置若しくは規制用棒体６の位置を移動調整できる ように構成することが望ましく、例えばＵ字フック金具８の代わりに波板状係止 板を使用し、この一の波凹部を選択して吊下用棒体５の架設位置を水平移動して 、規制用棒体６の吊下用棒体５に対する段違い平行位置を調整し得るように構成 しても良い。

本考案は上述のように構成したから、吊り下げ収納したハケ体の下端の毛部の 植設方向がほぼ鉛直下向き方向となり、吊り下げ高さ若しくは溶液の液面高さを 調整すれば、先端植設部はほとんど液浸させずに毛部のみを液浸させることがで き、無用に先端植設部を汚したり、腐らせたり、傷めたりすることがなく、また 、毛部を液浸させるための溶液の量も従来例に比して少なくすむこととなるなど 実用性に秀れた効果を発揮するハケ収納容器となる。

Claims (1)
- 【請求項１】 先端植設部に設けた毛部の植設方向に対
して斜設状態に柄部を先端植設部に設けたハケ体を吊り
下げ、毛部を容体内の塗料液、若しくはシンナー液、若
しくは水などの溶液中に液浸せしめるハケ収納容器にお
いて、容体に前記ハケ体の柄部先端部を係止する吊下用
棒体をほぼ水平状態に架設し、前記吊下用棒体下方の吊
下用棒体と段違い平行位置に規制用棒体をほぼ水平状態
に架設し、この規制用棒体の架設位置を、吊り下げた前
記ハケ体の柄部が当接し、毛部の植設方向がほぼ鉛直下
向き方向に規制せしめる位置に設定したことを特徴とす
るハケ収納容器。
