Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本考案は、注出口の不正開封を防止する注出口付き容器
に関するものである。
〔従来の技術〕
従来から液体容器などにおいては、容器の製造コストの
低減化や軽量化を目的として、ゲーベルトップタイプな
どの紙容器が用いられている。そしてこれら紙容器から
液体を注ぎ出し易いように合成樹脂製の注出栓を設けた
ものがあり、例えば紙容器の注出孔に取着され注出口を
構成する注出口具と、この注出口具の内部に上下移動可
能に配された内栓と、前記注出口具に螺着するキャップ
とからなり、開封の際には前記内栓を押し込んで注出孔
を覆うフィルムを破り開封するようにした構成を有する
ものがあって、注出口の開封操作が容易となる工夫がな
されていた（例えば実公昭58-37828号公報参照）。
〔考案が解決しようとする問題点〕
しかしながら、注出口の開封が容易になる反面、悪戯な
どでキャップを外し不正に開封したのち再びキャップを
取付けると、その不正開封が発見し難いという問題点が
あった。そしてその不正開封の防止として、注出栓に改
竄防止用テープや紙容器全体をシュリンク包装するなど
の対策があるが、いずれも手間を要し製造コストを引き
上げるという不都合を生じるものであった。
〔問題点を解決するための手段〕
本考案は、上記した従来の問題点を考慮してなされたも
ので、注出口を覆うキャップと容器本体との間に、前記
キャップから容器本体にかけて張った溶融熱可塑性樹脂
を硬化させて一端がキャップに固定され他端が容器本体
に固定された切断自在な部材を設けたことを特徴とする
注出口付き容器を提供して、従来の問題点を解消するも
のである。
〔作用〕
本考案においては、キャップを取外す時点で部材が切断
し、この切断した部材がキャップの取外し済みを表示す
るようになる。
〔実施例〕
本考案につき以下、図示の実施例によって説明する。
図中１は液体用紙容器で、例えばゲーベルトップタイプ
のものである。この液体用紙容器１の容器本体10の上部
斜面には、注出口を形成する注出口具２とこの注出口具
２内に挿入された内栓（図示せず）と注出口具２を覆う
キャップ３とからなる注出栓４が設けられている。
そして上記キャップ３の天部30と容器本体10の上部シー
ル部11との間に、熱可塑性樹脂からなる切断自在な部材
５が緊張状態で架設固定されており、キャップ３を回転
させると前記部材５が切断され、キャップ３を取外す操
作が行なわれたことを示す表示となるように設けられて
いる。
上記部材５として、例えばホットメルトをキャップ３の
天部30に滴下し、糸を引かせながら容器本体10の上部シ
ール部11にも滴下することによって容易に形成でき、そ
の形状も線状、帯状など各種のパターンに変更できるも
のである。また実施例ではキャップの天部から容器本体
の上部シール部に渡って部材を設けているが、本考案は
これに限定されるものではなく、キャップから容器本体
の、例えば上部斜面などに設けてもよい。
なお上記実施例においては、液体用紙容器を対象として
いるが、本考案はこれに限定されるものではなく、粉体
や顆粒状のものを収納した容器に対しても行なえるもの
である。
〔考案の目的〕
以上説明したように、本考案によれば、注出口を覆うキ
ャップと容器本体との間に、前記キャップから容器本体
にかけて張った溶融熱可塑性樹脂を硬化させて一端がキ
ャップに固定され他端が容器本体に固定された切断自在
な部材を設けたので、キャップを回転させるだけで部材
が切断し、開封操作が行なわれたことが容易に判断でき
るようになり、不正開封などを防止できる。また部材の
架設固定も容易で製造コストを引き上げることがないな
ど、実用性にすぐれた効果を奏するものである。

  1. 【請求項１】注出口を覆うキャップと容器本体との間
    に、前記キャップから容器本体にかけて張った溶融熱可
    塑性樹脂を硬化させて一端がキャップに固定され他端が
    容器本体に固定された切断自在な部材を設けたことを特
    徴とする注出口付き容器。
