弁孔上方の短管外面へ、又主筒20a下端が下方大外径部
上面へ、それぞれ水密に接して、吐出弁孔23を通ってシ
リンダ内液体がステム内に流入することを遮断し、又該
状態から作動部材18を押下げると、上方大外径部21が筒
