As the replacement method, the flash method has been used in which the gas outflow nozzle is simply inserted into the opening of the packaging bag because the workability is good and the gas replacement device is inexpensive. However, this method has a drawback that the gas replacement efficiency is poor because the replacement gas does not easily reach the bottom of the bag.

In this case, although a high substitution rate can be obtained, the workability is poor, and it is not possible to insert the nozzle to the bottom due to the articles that are placed in the packaging bag.For example, when applying it to cookies, dried shiitake mushrooms, etc. It had a defect such as the destruction of the article.

However, in these methods, although a high substitution rate can be obtained, workability is poor and expensive equipment is required. Furthermore, when applied to dry shiitake mushrooms, they should be degassed or vacuumed. It had the drawbacks of being broken by the use of the product, having a hole in the packaging bag when applied to something with a hard protrusion such as a burr, and requiring a large amount of gas for the breathing type. .
