挿通孔を穿設し、該ワイヤ挿通孔の出入口に夫々滑車を

より、オーガスクリュの振れ止めやパイルホルダ等のワ
イヤ挿通孔より下方の補助設備を吊持することができる
から、従来のトップシーブブロックを経由したワイヤを
吊持する場合よりも短いワイヤで済み、また、リーダ起
立後でもワイヤの掛け渡しが可能で、さらに、トップシ
ーブブロックを経由するワイヤの本数を減らすことによ
って、ワイヤの輻輳を避けることができ、ワイヤ掛け渡
